Luxury Condo at Sage Creek with Heated Pool

Located in the beautiful town of Moab, Utah. We are home to the most amazing and world-renowned Arches National Park, Canyonlands, Slick Rock Trail, and Colorado River. This condominium is a place for guests who want to not only enjoy the outdoors but also where they stay. As one of the newest builds in Moab, this condominium is furnished and designed with a tasteful modern look and feel. Everything is set up to host guests from all over comfortably.

This unit is found on the third floor (top unit) and has a tall vaulted ceiling for an extra spacious feel. For those who have a hard time with stairs, there is no need to worry because there is an elevator that is in service 24/7.

The Moab themed outdoor area includes a year-round heated pool, hot tub, water falls, weeping water falls, zero entry pool, lazy river and a bocce ball court, fire pits, fire warming kiosks, and a large 150" movie screen and theater sound system for late night movies. Plenty of parking spaces with pull through spaces available. Making it easier to park trucks and trailers as needed.

The entire condominium minus a locked closet along with the common pool area is at your disposal.

This is a luxury condo complex. Odds are there will be other visitors staying in the complex.

A car or other vehicle will be needed to get around Moab and to or from the complex.

Perfect stay in Moab!

We loved this property for our stay in Moab! Our family of five, including 3 kids ages 7-12, stayed for a week to visit Arches and Canyonlands. The place was clean, new and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The pool was gorgeous! Highly recommend this property.

Nice for a large group! We were 10 immediate family and significant others and were accommodated even though our stay was only 1 night. Bathrooms are very large and nice. Pool area was very enjoyable. Everything was a notch above our expectations! Would stay here again.

This unit was a 5 star stay for us. You could tell the owner took pride in this property. We stayed for 2 nights and the beds were some of the best that we had slept on during our two week trip out West. You are missing out if you don't stay here. We will be back.

Check-in instructions were great. The condo was in a great location - a little outside of downtown Moab, but close enough to reach plenty of things to do within 10 minutes or less. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens we've had in a rental. The couch was large enough for us to spread out while watching movies. The master bed was a smidge too soft for my taste (I prefer a firm mattress and pillows) but everyone else in my family loved them and we all slept great. Pool was never overly crowded- even in the middle of the hot afternoon. Note for anyone who is vertically challenged like me (5'0"), the bed in the master bedroom is very tall. I had get a running start to jump up or borrow the stepstool from the kitchen.

We had the best time exploring the national parks in Moab and enjoyed our stay at Sage Creek. The large heated pool and hot tubs were a big hit with our 2 kids. The unit is well appointed, has a stocked kitchen, a modern feel, comfortable beds, and is well captured by the photos. We had a couple of issues on check in and Preston was quick to respond and very helpful in getting them resolved. Like most Moab area rentals, it's on the main drag with sweeping views of the parking lot and then red rock beyond (that's why we gave it 4 stars). Would recommend.
