The home itself is spacious and has been meticulously maintained. The first floor has two bedrooms with private baths, a large rear family room with a wet bar and access to a rear deck that overlooks the pool and cabana. The second floor has vaulted ceilings and access to a large deck with ocean views; and a chef's kitchen with Viking and Sub-Zero Appliances. The rear of the 2nd floor has two bedrooms, each with a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The third floor master bedroom includes a spacious office and wet bar. Parking for 4 cars.
