Absolutly fantastic house, pool and garden. We where two families and rented the whole house.

Very clean, modern, large and well equipt. Nice furniture and very helpful relatives to the owners as neighbours. Good communication all the way with owners. Close to supermarkets, and a few restaurants and gelateria.

Great stay in Sicily

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Alles was sie benötigt haben war vor Ort die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und mit der Tischtennisplatte. Die Pizzeria und der Eisladen in der Nähe sind wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Ansonsten gibt es in der Umgebung der Villa nicht viel zu erkunden. Ein Auto wird benötigt, um Besorgungen zu machen. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Vor Ort kann alles besorgt werden. Die Kommunikation zur Vermietung war stets sehr gut auf Anfragen wurde kurzfristig reagiert. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen uns bleibt der Aufenthalt in sehr schöne Erinnerung.

Perfect for vacation with family / friends

Cozy, nicely renovated house with pool and terraces. Easy communication and support in case of any questions. Perfect for 2-3 families, for example. Car is necessary for shopping, beaches etc.

Tolles Haus, Umgebung eher unschön

Die Villa ist top ausgestattet die eine große Gruppe, wir waren 8 Erwachsene und drei Kinder und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Pool und die Dachterasse sind zudem ein Traum. Die direkte Umgebung gibt außer einer Eisdiele kaum etwas her und auch die umliegenden Strände sind leider (wir auch die Straßen) vermüllt.

Beautiful property and great host

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful views, lots of space, and a very responsive host who bent over backward for us. We didn't have the hottest water in the downstairs apartment a couple of times, but this was a minimal issue compared to how happy we were with the house. I'd recommend a stay here!

Cette villa est juste exceptionnelle !! Groupe de français en voyage en Sicile, nous avons passée un magnifique séjour dans cette villa super bien équipée et très bien située. Propriétaire réactif et sérieux . Je vous la recommande vivement !!

Maison de très bon goût et jardin très esthétique

Nous avons trouvé la maison très bien décorée, très bien équipée et très pratique. Le jardin est très armonieux et très bien entretenu. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les terrasses le soir! Nous avons passé une très agréable séjour.

Very nice home!

Beautiful pool and the house is nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated using the bbq. There was lovely outdoor space, in the way of balconies as well as the pool area. We rented both levels ... it was nice to have so many bedrooms and two washers. Their niece manages the property and she is very sweet and helpful. We had wished that the bathrooms were en suite but we assumed they weren't before we booked. The owners are very particular about sorting trash/recycling (which in it's own way is ironic, considering the vast amounts of garbage that line the sides of the roads in Carini and Palermo). Also, their septic system must be incredibly sensitive, as they wanted us to not put a single bit of toilet paper into the toilets (we were put off by that). All in all, it was a very nice stay and we would recommend it.

Fantastic holiday property

We had a wonderful week at Villa Nausicaa. The property is absolutely fantastic with beautiful design and decor, excellent facilities and a stunning location with views of the mountains and the sea. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. We were a party of six adults and four children and there was plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and watching the stars from the roof terrace. We've stayed in many similar properties all across Europe and this is without doubt the best we've ever experienced.

Maravillosa, nos hubiese gustado estar más tiempo

Esta ha sido sin lugar ha duda la mejor casa de vacaciones en la que me he alojado. Destaco tres cosas que la hacen diferente: 1) Está muy bien equipada. En las casas de vacaciones no siempre te encuentras todas las comodidades, pero en esta casa no faltaba detalle. 2) La decoración es estupenda y muy cuidada. 3) La atención recibida ha sido muy buena. Nos recibió la familia de los dueños y resultaron ser muy amables y hospitalarios, incluso nos habían preparado fruta y vino como detalle de bienvenida. La situación de la casa es también muy buena. Está cerca de la autopista y a 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Palermo. A cinco minutos a pie se llega a la costa, cuyo paseo es muy bonito. De hecho, las vistas del golfo de Carini desde la casa son fabulosas. Está en una zona residencial muy tranquila (a pesar de estar cerca del aeropuerto, no se oyen los aviones), por lo que el descanso nocturno está garantizado. No obstante, a pesar de ser una zona residencial, no está lejos de restaurantes, centros comerciales y otro pueblos con comercio, estaciones de servicio o bancos. Incluso a unos metros de la casa hay una tienda para productos básicos donde te pueden preparar unos platos de pasta buenísimos. El único inconveniente que le puedo encontrar es el acceso por las calles de la urbanización, ya que no están muy bien asfaltadas y son bastante estrechas, por lo que hay que conducir con bastante cuidado, pero esto es algo habitual en Sicilia. Si regresase a Sicilia, me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí y quedarme más tiempo para disfrutar de la casa. Eso sí, trataría de ir en grupo, como en esta ocasión, para alquilar Villa Nausicaa y el Apartamento Ulises a la vez, pues ambos comparten el mismo jardín y preferiría mantener la privacidad que hemos tenido en esta estancia.
