Have you ever dreamed of staying in a villa overlooking the sea from above? In Mondello you can admire the sandy gulf with tropical colors that goes from Monte Pellegrino to Monte Gallo, with a coast of very fine white sand just over 1.5 km long, turquoise sea at loss of is the heavenly panorama that can be enjoyed from " Villa Nice Mondello ". Located a few steps from the square of Mondello, Villa Nice is 300 meters from the splendid sandy beach. Moreover, thanks to the nearby public transport, you can reach the center of Palermo in 15 minutes.

The villa is spread over two floors where it is possible to find on the ground floor a large living room, a kitchen and n. 2 bathrooms with shower, while on the first floor there are n. 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and n. 2 bathrooms; also on the second floor there is a terrace of 80 square meters used as a solarium from which you can enjoy the panorama of all Mondello.

Outside the villa there is a garden with a porch and a barbecue area.

We had a great stay, with our host Francesco being very attentive to all our needs. It would be nice if the third bathroom were updated to the same standard as the two modern bathrooms on the first floor. Otherwise, I would happily recommend this accommodation to any larger group. Big spacious house with beautiful views

Big house with plenty of room and amazing views. The owner and manager were very accommodating and allowed us an early checkin. Overall we have a wonderful stay.

Beautiful large clean villa, a few blocks from the beach, with all the bedrooms overlooking the Aegen Sea. The bathrooms were all updated with walk in showers. The bedrooms were large however the mattresses weren't comfortable and needed better pillows. Lots of sitting areas in the great rooms though the couches were also uncomfortable. The small kitchen was adequately furnished with cooking utensils. Loved all the outdoor patios. The host was quick to respond with problems connecting to the cable. Cute little beach town with many restaurants.

Family time in Palermo

Villa Nice was perfect for us. We were so happy to host a pizza night with cousins from Palermo on our last night. The house is huge! Francesco was wonderful. Very responsive and friendly.

Lots of room in great neighborhood

Property was huge with lots of room - bathrooms good size but showers are quite small Bedrooms good size with comfortable beds Mondello can get windy so there is a lot of "natural" noises from the wind (and shutters can bang) Lovely terraces. SUPER location and convenient to everything. On site parking! Overall great location and value for money!

Spacious villa, amazing views, close to store, beach, restaurants and bus station. Host was lovely, responsive and helpful. Beds were a little hard, but doable. Bring a wine opener! There wasn’t one in the house or to buy at the store.

Great location in Mondello

Overall the property fit all of our needs. It was located in a great area of Mondello to where you could access the beach and restaurants quickly. The view was amazing! The place was outdated, but VERY clean and has everything you need. On the weekends especially, the parking lot was used as a hangout for local kids who hung out on their motorcycles and drove the parking lot all night long. No one bothered you, it was just loud and obnoxious. The host was great and responded very quickly to any question or recommendation we had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Mondello area.

Nice beach town close to Palermo

We were 3 couples; very spacious house, walking distance to grocery store and beach. Parking very accessible. Amenities in house need updating e.g. towels are very worn out, several light bulbs out, shower upstairs had no hot water. Not really enough glassware and dishes for size of group.

Very good in every way but needs upgrading.

This vrbo had plenty of space for the four of us (two couples) with a great location and incredible views. Our host, Francesco, was very attentive and professional and for our initial foray into Sicily (and our initial two nights) this place suited our needs. Overall, however, the place could use a few (OK, more than a few) repairs and upgrades. Ironically the owner could readily command a much higher rental fee if these were pursued!?

Very large house, well worth the price, stayed for 35 days, 7 to 9adults, and traveled to all major citys in Sicillia. close to all activities and food marts. Puplic transport to Palermo is efficient. Wifi was for max 3 users at a time but who cares. Used the All trail app and found many hiking trails.The only negative was the noise in a nearby parking lot on saturday nights. And in Sicilly people do not pick after their dogs and the garbage removal sucks.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Tolle Meersicht auf Mondello. Zu Fuß in 5 Min. am Strand und diversen tollen Lokalen mit gutem Essen. Francesco und seine Schwester haben sich gut um uns gekümmert. Die Beschreibung für das Haus passt. 5 vollwertige Schlafzimmer für 5 Paare. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat noch Luft nach oben. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Perfect Mondello Villa

The was perfect for our group of 8. Very spacious and well appointed. The roof top deck was a big hit. Not sure if we’ll make it back to Mondello but if we do would definitely stay here again. Grazie Mille!
