This beautiful Lakeside condo offers so much value for the price. A beautiful view of the marina allows you to dock your boat close to home while you grill next to the a gorgeous pool. Completely updated in 2018. Located in the quiet community of Harbor village, this fully stocked home sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy breakfast on the patio while overlooking Lake Conroe. High speed internet plus two smart tvs come standard in the cozy condo. Come and allow us to host you next weekend retreat!

So, let me tell you about my stay here. First a couple of days before my stay I messaged the host inquiring about the coffee situation. I got no response. Second, when I arrived at the property the code for the keypad did not work which necessitated a call to VRBO. Third, when I got inside I couldn't get the wifi to work which necessitated a SECOND call to VRBO. At that point VRBO initiated a conference call with the host during which time he gave me his phone number. When I called him to get the wifi straightened out, he mentioned that he was unable to respond through the VRBO app to my inquiry about the coffee. I thought to myself "Why didn't you email me because you HAD my personal email."There are some other things. First, there is peeling paint in several places and walls with patch that need to be repainted. Second, there is a terrible sound in the shower (pipes shaking) when you turn the hot water on. Third, there are conflicting directions for check out between what it says on the app and the little sign in the unit. Last, this is very basic in terms of amenities. I have stayed in many rentals and this one was as bare as it comes. Salt, pepper in the kitchen. Really nothing else. One roll of TP, 4 towels, 4 plates. I don't know if they did that because they knew I was the only person staying for 3 days, but if you like a lot of towels FYI. The furnishings are nice. It has all the basics. The location is quiet. Parking available. On the lake.

Nice, quiet, and clean property.

This property was just what we needed for a short, 2 night/3day getaway! It was clean and quiet, and had a nice porch overlooking a bay on Lake Conroe which was very relaxing. We would stay here again!!

poor information

I wasn't given info on the internet service and my wife works online. I had to call the owner, then call the property manager in order to get the information a day late? Also I was not given information about what I was suppose to do with my boat trailer, I got a warning of going to tow, it caused much problems on the first day and caused me to miss most of my fishing tournament trying to figure out what I was suppose to do??

Rules, Charges & Bed

Overall the place was in a good location however the hosts tried to nickle & dime for everything. I asked to check in early, 35 bucks with something about the cleaning crew charging for early check in. Then I brought my 2 service pets, $35. Again the cleaning crew charged for pets. The check in instructions were a long list of rules one being the number of towels you could use & not to put the a/c below 72. Its hot outside, its on the 2nd floor , and Im a furnace. 72 is unreasonable. The bed & bedding were kinda gross. Sheet stained & blanket smelled like pee. On checkout one of the instructions was to not pull off the sheets cuz they want to inspect the bed. Um, i thought you had a cleaning crew. Just odd overall & kinda gross.

Weekend Getaway

Great views!! Back door water!

Great, cute, only things to fix, desk light is out, your breaker for plug in kitchen reset, not 3 rd world toilet paper. Some shampoo for hair, since this is in hotel categories… other then that perfect… ac did well. Folks all nice.. safe we’ve rented 33 days in Str already this year and avg 90 days a year last 12 years.

All around wonderful!

Stephanie and Larry's property is in a gorgeous location with relaxing views. I booked my stay as a work trip and quickly found that not only are the owners caring, but responsive and accommodating. The sunrise was gorgeous everyday and a perfect place to relax after a long work day. Everything was clean and in working order. I highly recommend this property.
