This is a “home away from home”-not your typical vrbo. Fully stocked 2nd story 1-bedroom, 1-bath perfect for 1- 2 adults. Clean and bright, overlooking the pool-and with views of the canal. Newly tiled shower and updated granite kitchen. Boat rental 5 mins away at the marina, Adult use of our 2 pelican kayak(s) in the cove. And, fish off our boardwalk. Have friends with a boat? They can pick you up at the water's edge. Breakwater bar and grill 3 mins walk--usually have live music/outdoor dining on holidays and weekends. Queen bed and futon w/chaise making a second queen bed in living room. Large cable tv in living area and 45-inch TV in bedroom. Hi-speed internet, and work area with speakers. Small dogs under 10lbs allowed, -per discussion.—no smoking, no events. Minimum 3-night stay, long-term 30 day lower rates available. Late checkouts (after 5 pm) most holiday weekends. FEMA rates as needed. 5 min from Margaritaville where day passes are available. Longer term lease 6 months possible. Very quiet, safe property with easy parking. Perfect for visiting area or attending nearby events. (Fully stocked with essentials for unexpected storms and seasonal changes.)

Karen made this process so easy. The apartment is right on the water and in a very quiet, safe area. Everything needed was stocked in the apartment. Excellent host!

Wow! That is probably the best way I can describe not only the facility but the host, Karen, as well! So my wife and I stayed at Karen and Ron's place for right at 2 months. Her place was perfect for us. Karen left nothing lacking here...extremely well stocked not only with utensils, but food stuffs, emergency supplies (thankfully we did not need) and a great balcony which has pretty good views. Her place is actually very quiet. Being on the second floor, I expected some of the usual noise from neighbors but there was very, very little. In fact right now, all I can hear is the cooling fan in my laptop!!! Karen is also an awesome communicator! She answered all of my questions quickly and completely and really is the model of how hosts should interact with their renters. Speaking of neighbors, everyone I have interacted here has been polite and cordial. It's great to see folks out walking and running in the early morning and evening time. This is a very laid back place. I just can't say enough good things...thanks Karen and Ron. You made our lives so much easier. Blessings in 2026!

I booked this unit for a 30 day business stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with the condo unit. It was well appointed and stocked and very comfortable. The unit overlooks the pool, and it was very nice to work on my paperwork at the end of the day on the balcony. The check in process communication and check out process are perfect. Should I need another business stay in this area, I will certainly reach out again.

Beautiful homey condo by the Lake

This condo on Lake Conroe was very homey and comfortable to stay in. The host Karen was exceptional and made us feel at home and always responded quickly. The check in process was easy and Karen was so flexible when we may have needed to stay an extra night. The condo had a beautiful view overlooking the pool area and had lots of amenities. We were there for the 4th of July weekend and it did get a bit noisy at night in the days leading up but otherwise the area was very quiet and a great place for a family/couple. I would recommend hiring a car if staying in the area (we were glad we did) and parking was always available. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Spend a day on the lake then relax in the pool!

If you are looking for the perfect condo in the perfect location, this is it. This property is very well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and tastefully done. The condo is clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is unique. You can see the water canal, pool and running stream in a serene setting. Take a short walk/drive down to the point and watch your cares float away while taking in the lake, boats, birds and people fishing. Better yet, go boating and fishing yourself! Last, but not least, Karen is exactly the type of person you need to facilitate your quest for a perfect getaway. She is professional, intelligent, honest, kind and always available for her clients. She’s the best. Thanks, Karen!

Nice getaway near Lake Conroe!

Great getaway near nature, water, and plenty of restaurants/ entertainment. Very near Sam Houston Forest for hiking, picnicing, etc. Great opportunities for water sports and fishing all nearby on Lake Conroe. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby or a short drive. Overall an enjoyable stay in a cute condo that is furnished with everything you might need!

Lakefront living

Condo has direct walkway to lake. Can swim, fish and boat in Lake Conroe directly from property. This unit is close to parking lot - great for bringing in groceries! Overlooks pool. This condo is in Walden - great little community. It felt safe here.

Perfect getaway, perfect quiet location.

Home away from home. Over looking the pool right by the water. Close enough to everything but far enough for a quiet peaceful weekend to enjoy. I’ll most definitely be coming back! The owner is very responsive and helpful to anything you may need.

Great weekend stay

Wanted a quick getaway near a lake! This was a perfect place. Rented a boat, toured the great gift shops in Montgomery and found some great restaurants!
