The property consists of:
Ground floor: entryway, fully equipped kitchen, double living room (table, TV, sofa), sunroom, half-bath, terrace.
Ground floor: landing, bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed (160) and 1 with 2 single beds).
The kitchen is equipped with a range, a microwave, a coffee maker, and an espresso machine (Dolce Gusto), as well as everything needed to cook and serve shellfish. A crêpe maker and a raclette machine are provided.
The veranda is furnished with a table and chairs.
The patio is furnished with a table, chairs, and a parasol. A charcoal grill is provided, along with 4 folding chairs.

Baby/child equipment: high chair, travel cot with mattress, baby bathtub, as well as cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses.

Young children must not be left unattended on the stairs or on the landing.
Three adult bicycles and one children’s bicycle (ages 9–12) are available for your use (in the condition left by previous guests), along with a pump and two bike locks.

New for 2023: Household linens are provided (bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels).

Cleaning fees are included in the reservation. However, the end-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as taking out the trash, washing and putting away dishes, or removing bed linens.

We work with a concierge service. Check-in and check-out times must be arranged with them a few days before your arrival (check-out by 10:00 a.m. and check-in between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.). Please note that Sunday hours are more limited (check-out by 10:00 a.m. and check-in starting at 6:00 p.m.).
