Once you park your car in the driveway you will be able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, and biergartens on Main Street. This beautiful modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath offers two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom all with premium linens for your comfort. Whether you choose to stay in and take advantage of the game room or venture to the back yard and enjoy playing a game of corn hole, or come back and relax around the fire pit with the wine you picked up at your favorite winery, 404 will be your favorite spot in the Burg!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Walking into the house you were great with soft music and beautiful scenery from the tv screen and fireplace below. It is to be fall soon here in Texas, but for all of you living here the heat seems to last forever, so walking in to the house you were greeted by fresh smells and 68 degree temperature. We were here for my daughter’s wedding, we live near Columbia, Tx and family drove in from New Mexico. The house to me had very ample space in each room and house, beautifully decorated. The kitchen and island can accommodate a large crowd for hors d’ oeuvres, breakfast or what ever you are serving. Large backyard for seating and entertaining, and corn hole game for fun. The game room has a dart board and shuffle board, just wish we had more time to use them (wedding duties). Over all you cannot go wrong with staying here, 11 out of 10. Best part is if you know Fredericksburg parking can be a pain, so if walking is not a problem Main Street is not faraway, excellent bonus. Thanks again Absolute Charm for being a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was very clean, welcoming, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, which made arriving and settling in a breeze.The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were nice and refreshing after a day out exploring. We also really enjoyed the outside sitting area—it was a great place to relax and unwind.The location was excellent, close to Main Street and on the quieter, slower end of town. It was about a two-block walk to Main Street, which was very convenient, though it is uphill on the way into town. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The only negative was that one of the beds were broken and the bath was in the hall which was a bit incovenient for two couples. Other than that, it was great.

Great place to stay in Fredericksburg

The house is very nicely done and decor is not overdone like some we've stayed at in FBGTX. Beds were very comfortable and walk-in showers were a big plus for us. Spent both nights outback by the firepit which we thoroughly enjoyed. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

This is such a beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed property! We loved the roomy living and kitchen area to relax and unwind in with our friends. The location was so handy to go back and forth from, and it’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay again!
