Mid Century modern house with open floor plan located in the very sought after Historic district just 2 blocks to Main Street. Once you park your car in the driveway you will be able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, and biergartens on Main Street. This beautiful modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath offers two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom all with premium linens for your comfort. Whether you choose to stay in and take advantage of the game room or venture to the back yard and enjoy playing a game of corn hole, or come back and relax around the fire pit with the wine you picked up at your favorite winery, 404 will be your favorite spot in the Burg!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

The property is nice and well equipped. A few of the sinks backed up and needed work. Some of the furniture in the living room was worn. They need to do some work on the plumbing and update the furniture.

Everything was great. The house is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we found that was lacking was an iron for clothing. Over all we would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

The house is very nicely done and decor is not overdone like some we've stayed at in FBGTX. Beds were very comfortable and walk-in showers were a big plus for us. Spent both nights outback by the firepit which we thoroughly enjoyed. We'd definitely stay here again.

MUSTY ORDOR - water leakHouse was beautifully remodeled and decorated. In a lovely location. So I hate to complain but the musty odor hits you the minute you open the front door.Sad thing is the musty “old lady” smell we found will linger on your clothes and luggage for days or even weeks after. Washing will not help you must leave out in bright sunlight for at least 2 days to kill the odor.If you are already there at the house keep everything tightly closed in your luggage do NOT put in closets.There is either a water leak or ground water that has not been addressed and you can see some evidence in the garage area.Other than that is was a beautiful house and location.

This is such a beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed property! We loved the roomy living and kitchen area to relax and unwind in with our friends. The location was so handy to go back and forth from, and it’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay again!

Owner Lacks Absolute Charm and Kindness

Mia the owner didn't always respond to you. From the beginning we asked her if she had a military discount and that went without any response. She did not offer any early check-in's or late check-out's. No flexibility. The home was not as clean as it should've been: the kitchen sink had dark stains around the drain, the hallway bathroom had shoe marks on the tile, there was hair on the tile as well. The second bedroom with the king bed lacked support on one side. Half of the mattress sunk in and was clearly very worn and old with no support. It needs to be replaced. The washing machine latch was broken and would not latch so we were unable to use it. She said that she would send her maintenance person and her neighbor came over and tried to super glue it and it didn't hold up. Nobody else came to fix it. The toilet paper holder in the hallway didn't look like one we had seen before and, while it was ultimately easy to open, we did not want to break it. Upon asking Mia how do we change it: "Good morning, how do you change out the toilet paper?" Her exact response was: "Good Morning, I am confused by your question. Toilet paper holders are pretty self-explanatory. Have a wonderful day! Mia" I would not book with her again as she failed to have the home fully ready and cleaned for our arrival. The hallway sink had hard water around the faucet handles and a leak around the cold water faucet. Mia didn't respond to several questions, lacked flexibility and did not come across as very friendly or attentive.
