The open-plan living area features a comfortable pullout sofa and ample lounge seating for your whole group to gather. This space flows seamlessly into a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Shared vs. Private:



The pergola, outdoor fireplace, picnic table, and treehouse are shared amenities. Your house, fenced-in yard, and private hot tub are exclusively for your use.



Pets:



Welcome with prior approval. There is a pet fee, so please include your pet on the reservation so we know they are coming as well.



Check-In:



Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Early check in may be available upon request for a fee.



Connectivity:



Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the home (500Mbs+).



There is absolutely no smoking inside the unit. A minimum $250 dollar fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
