Wonderful month in Naples

The villa provided us an excellent place to enjoy all that Naples has to offer. Easy walk or bike ride to the beaches, and very close to many excellent restaurants, malls and groceries. Vaida is a top notch host and the villa is very well appointed, to the point that I would say it’s the best we’ve had from a rental. Highly recommend.

Great property in a great location. Very clean - loved the outdoor screened-in area with pool and lots of space on the inside. All kinds of recreational and beach supplies provided. Very comfortable! Many restaurants, shops, and beach within walking distance. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll be back!

Beautiful Villa in Naples

We enjoyed a three week stay in Naples. The villa is situated in the perfect spot...located in a quiet neighborhood nestled near other beautiful homes. A short walk brings you to Clam Pass beach. There are numerous stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The villa was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed many hours lounging in the backyard pool. Such a lovely place to stay!

Great accommodations

This property comes equipped for anything you may need and sits close to the beach and downtown. Having a private pool is everything! We have typically stayed in a condo on the beach with a shared pool. This private property with pool and easy access to the beach is so much better. Vaida was extremely attentive and made sure our experience was excellent. I highly recommend!!

Great Villa / Great Location

This is a very nice Villa. It was exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable. It included everything we needed for a 4 week stay. Bikes and beach equipment were also provided. Great location. The beach and several restaurants were a little over a mile away which was walking distance for us. Vaida was an excellent host and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great month in Naples

Location, Location, Location. The house was just as described with plenty of space and well stocked. The rooms are large and comfortable. The outside lanai/pool area was a big hit with our 6 year old granddaughter when she came for a short visit. The home is walking distance to great shopping, dining and the beach. The beach is a short drive (less than 1 mile) if you are going to carry chairs, umbrella etc. We would definitely stay here again.

North Naples get away

The villa is very clean and lovely. The beds are comfortable. Great wifi. My husband, daughter and myself were all working at the same time one afternoon and no problems with wifi. The villa is an easy 1/4 mile walk to two beaches. A beach pass is provided, so you can drive but get there early (by 10:30am to get a parking space). We wholeheartedly recommend this home for a vacation stay.

Hello Vaida, Just letting you know that we all enjoyed our vacation at your Villa .. It was very well equipped with pool equipment, beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, tennis racquets etc. Air con worked perfectly & also Wi fi. Great location for beach & shops. Pool was perfectly cleaned & was a great asset during this very hot season. House was spotlessly clean on our arrival. Beds very comfortable too. Most Excellent.

Updated property that was very clean when we arrived. Easy access to sporting equipment, Pool ,TVs and appliance. Owner left east find and clear instructions upon entering, maintains and leaving as well as emails before and after. Owner clearly cared about our experience by being available whenever needed . Great property on quiet street, friendly helpful neighbors. This is a little Diamond.

Great place to stay for families!

We have stayed in many different areas, at many different properties in Naples over the last 10 years and this was by far my best experience. I’m scared to write this review in fear it will be booked the next time we want to come back and I guarantee we will be back sooner rather than later! Great stay in Park Shore

We spent December in the Villa at Park Shore and it was a wonderful experience. Home is as represented on-line. Location is fantastic - wonderful neighborhood with great access to the beach. The area is very walkable and friendly. The home was well stocked and was comfortable for all. The owners were extremely responsive and did a remarkable job making our stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely return!

- Best location, south - west, sun from morning until sunset and who does not like so much sun, found in our tropical garden and beautiful places in the shade. Spacious pool villa, Nov - March the pool can be heated. Walk to the sandy beach. Walk, bike or drive for a few minutes to Venetian Village & Waterside to shop, eat at a wide variety of restaurants or go boating . A short drive to beautiful vibrant downtown Naples as well as many other areas, i.e. Mercato. The Artis, Naples performing arts center is only minutes and features first class entertainment, Broadway shows, and The Naples Philharmonic. The list goes on.....
