The entire villa is located on a private, very quiet road, just 10 metres from the lagoon—ideal for a timeless getaway on Réunion Island. In addition to its proximity to the lagoon, there are many amenities nearby (just a few minutes’ walk from a bakery, bookshop, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, restaurants, etc.).

This fully equipped villa can accommodate up to 8 people:

It features:
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), with linens provided (sheets/towels). One of the bedrooms has a desk area, and the house includes a baby cot.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker or pod coffee maker, toaster, etc.

You can enjoy a living room equipped with a fan, a smart TV (so you can use your Netflix account if needed), and Wi-Fi for your evenings.
The villa has two bathrooms with walk-in showers and two separate toilets.
An outdoor shower is also available so you can rinse off the sand when you return from the beach!

The extra perk? A terrace with a large table for dining with a view of the sea, and a charcoal grill is also available.
But also, and most importantly, 1 kayak, 1 paddleboard, and 1 surfboard are available on-site so you can enjoy this stunning lagoon!
