Très belle et grande maison

L’emplacement et la vue océan assez incroyable Maison vieillissante qui nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement. Notamment les portes et tiroirs de la cuisine (c’est juste des réglages !) La difficulté de se garer avec un grand véhicule !

Bien

La maison est conforme à l'annonce : la vue sur la mer, le bruit des vagues, l'agencement, la décoration, le coucher de soleil, le calme,... Néanmoins il existe malheureusement de nombreux points d'amélioration : la climatisation dans les chambres à l'étage, un store sur la terrasse, une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à l'arrivée (surtout dans une commune qui déconseille de boire l'eau du robinet), l'accès voiture très compliqué,... Enfin, j'aurais apprécié d'être informé de la construction d'une maison neuve 50m en contrebas avec des ouvriers sur le chantier dès 7h...
