Privacy outdoors with spacious indoors
Very nice cabin, very clean and good floor plan with a Great location Couple of suggestions: Windows need screens - air is nice out, but need window screens to open windows A dishwashing soap packet is provided which is great; but no clothes washing packet is provided- providing 1 laundry packet means your customers don’t have to buy a pack of 10. Sheets on downstairs bedroom were stretched and would not stay on mattress. Tv service provided is lacking. The free WiFi channels are actually better ( and they are free) but you need the actual TV remote. Only the living room had the actual TV remote accessible. The bedrooms only had the spectrum or cable company remotes. These do not fully allow you to operate the TV alone. As mentioned - cancel the cable service and use the free WiFi channels. Better options and free channels Thank you We had a great stay and I’m booking for next year. Just wanted to offer some comments as your customer Jeff

Mardi Gras in Tennessee
The cabin was beautiful. Our stay was wonderful, but we did have some issues. We arrived at night around 7pm.It would have been nice to know that we needed a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to the cabin. At a point on the road to the cabin a sign stated, "4-wheel drive or chains needed past this point" (during cold & icy conditions). Part of road to the cabin is concrete and starts at the steeps part with a 2-3 inch elevation to the gravel/dirty road. Our minivan slide down and we just had to pray and hit the gas. We had to do this each time returning to the cabin. We made sure we were back to the cabin before dark. We stay in the area once a year. The most steps we have ever climbed to get into a cabin is 4. The cabin stairs over 12 steps were hard to climb with 6 days' worth of luggage and supplies. An outside lift would have been great to get the luggage and groceries to the top of the stairs. The rug under the dining room table is lifted on the corner next to the refrigerator & was a tripping hazard. So, we just left our ice chest on that corner, to avoid a fall. The coffee pot was missing the lid and that was replaced with a new coffee pot. The pillows were very hard, & no other pillows were available. So, we had to purchase pillows. The closets were packed with decorations & air filters so you couldn't hang up your clothes. After the initial shock of the steep driveway and steps to climb daily. Overall, the cabin was a nice peaceful & relaxing during our Mardi Gras stay.

Weekend stay
We stayed 3 nights over the weekend. Overall, this was a nice place to stay. I will say that there are small items that need to be repaired like loose faucets in the bathroom, loose toilet seats, small things that if someone lived there full-time they would repair themselves. In the lane up to the drive Requires some attention to fallen trees where they’ve cut the wood up and made enough room instead of cleaning it all up just enough room to drive through the fallen wood that’s been cut up and a lot of trash in the woods they could be cleaned up.

Spring break vacation
The cabin itself was beautiful, location was amazing, close enough to downtown but far enough to feel somewhat secluded and quiet. The company that owns this property shoukd invest in some decent curtains in the bedrooms, waking up at 7:30am to bright sunlight in my face and the sound of birds flying against the windows is not on my vacation happy list. Not happy with the company that owns this property. Propane went out on the barbecue in the middle of trying to cook dinner, when we called cabins for you we were told that we have to bring our own propane! The listing mentions absolutely nothing about having to provide your own propane! On the day of checkout we were having a bad thunderstorm and it was pouring rain. We had everything packed up and sitting by the door, we were hoping the rain would let up so we could pack the car without getting completely soaked. Cleaning crew showed up at 9:45 am rushing us to vacate the property! My family has rented many cabins in NC and TN in the past but this one was by far the worst hospitality/customer service experience! My family will never rent with big rental companies again, they do not care about their guests or are willing to accomadate guests to make their stay as easy and relaxing as possible. Very dissapointed in Cabins for you!
