This cabin is wonderful. It is bigger than we thought. It was very clean. It had a large table that was great. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back. We had a nice view of the lake and marina. The second floor porch was large and where we spent a lot of time! I highly recommend this cabin.

Weekend stay

Wonderful place to stay and was so convenient for us to get to/from our boat. The owners were fast to respond to our emails and very kind. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Wayne and Connie have a marvelous place in Lancaster!We enjoyed our stay immensely! We unfortunately had the place to ourselves as the other members of the family could not make the trip. This would be a fantastic place for family or friends to come together for a relaxing get away or reunion. Very glad we made the trip!!

Great place to stay

We came to the area for my son's graduation in Nashville, but wanted a place where the whole family could stay. This cabin had it all - Amazing views, lots of space to hang out, and everything you could possibly need from kitchen items to towels. We would definitely come back in the future!

Friends summer trip

Great view, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable, easy access to marina and boating. Super comfortable and roomy for our group. We all really enjoyed it. Owners were very kind and made sure we had clear instructions on arrival.

Great guys weekend

Property was perfect. It was our second time staying; two years in a row. Ample room and amenities, close to marina where we put in the boat and rented a slip. View from the deck is wonderful and it's a great place for a pickin' party in the evenings.

Beautiful home and location

House was beautifully decorated for christmas. Had everything you needed to make a big meal but the kitchen was very dirty we had to clean all the plate pans and silverware. Had lip prints on silverware. No dish rags no garbage bags only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 5 night stay. They need new cleaning crew. You have to drive your garbage down to the marina.. you get charged a cleaning fee but you have to clean the house before you leave and take your garbage with you. Beds and furniture were very comfortable the decks had the most amazing views. Just remember to bring toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish towels and dish rags. They have a vacuume but it bag is full weighs about 10lbs lol no replacement bags.

We do recommend that you bring extra paper goods, if the supply that we leave isn't sufficient to cover your stay. We have met with the cleaning company to address your concerns. Although we are perplexed that we didn't' hear of any issues during your stay, we will take extra precautions to ensure your concerns are addressed. We don't expect our guests to clean after their stay. We do hope you will visit with us in the future.

Wayne was very easy to communicate with. He quickly responded to any question I had and even checked to make sure we had everything we needed once checked in. Would definitely consider staying at their cabin again. It was quiet and peaceful. Just what we were looking for!

Nice quiet property. Beautiful views of the lake, especially morning sunrises from the two covered porches. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with various cookware, dishes and utensils. Very homey cabin with extra things like games, puzzles and videos. Property would be hard to access if pulling a trailer due to sharp turns and steepness. Ample parking for several vehicles, but a little tight to turn around when multiple vehicles are there. Close access to Center Hill Lake amenities. Host was quick to respond to questions we had. Just a word of caution to those sensitive to poison ivy, we spotted some in the grassy areas around the house. We would stay here again.

Christmas in the Cabin

Grateful for the time together in this very homey & comfortable cabin. Had everything we needed including all decked out for Christmas Day! Kitchen well stocked for cooking . Porches perfect for the warmer weather this year.

Family celebration time

My husband and I and 2 newly graduated 18 year olds came down from Wisconsin with my brother and niece's family to vacation with my son's family who live in the Knoxville area. We had a total of 6 adults and 6 kids and there was space for everyone. The room with the bunks worked great with the younger kids and the basement area was the more private space for the older kids. The kitchen and living room had plenty of space for hanging out to talk and play games at night. And the porches were a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. When we've come down in the past we've stayed near the Smokeys and we wanted to stay in a different part of Tennessee. Middle Tennessee did not disappoint. It was a fantastic location to get to Nashville, Cummin's Fall's, Rock Island State Park and spent 1 day on Center Hill lake on a pontoon. We could have spent another week or 2 exploring other places nearby. I will definitely let everyone know that Middle Tennessee is a place to visit.

Looking forward to Coming Back

Property owners were amazing!... their house even more spectacular! We did a lot of cooking for a full house and kitchen was equipped to handle the mini-chef in me! The view of the lake is spectacular... the large covered porch was fabulous to hang out on... even during a thunderstorm! Marina access down the road kept us on the lake a lot. Knowing grocery store was not close by had us plan ahead for needed items, and kept us here and together. So thankful to have been here!!
