Welcome to Run the Waters @ Shady Cove. The home has granite countertops, stainless appliances, and fully furnished kitchen. Main level entertaining area offers the opportunity to entertain with large screened in porch and 12 person farmhouse table with seasonal lake view. This home has ample space for the entire family with 2 full bedrooms, a custom 5 bed bunk room, 3 full bathrooms, one bathroom on each level, and spacious laundry room.
The space
Relax in the afternoon after spending the day on Center Hill Lake in the porch bed swing or sitting around the fire pit. Enjoy a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub while enjoying the lake view and surrounded by nature.
A walking trail to the lake, that is located just below the house, allows you to pull a boat directly to the bank and is perfect to fish or head out on the water in a canoe/kayak. Cookeville Boat Dock is about 16 minutes by boat or vehicle.
