wonderful break

perfect in every way- wonderful time and hope to return again -new tradition Pool wasn't opened due to maintenance after the hurricanes but we were kept in the loop during our time- hopefully next time it will be an added bonus

Perfect Location and Plenty of Room

Hosts were very easy to communicate with and provide information. Very friendly. Space was very large and could accommodate a large family. Great location near beach and restaurants. Also large and very nice community pool. Hosts provided everything you need.

Perfect!

Look no further, this is the perfect place for a family vacation, an elongated stay, or even a temporary relocation. We were coming down from Minnesota for my daughter's internship at the aquarium but we had never stayed in Clearwater before so we were a bit unsure of where to rent. We had a list of different options in different areas and are beyond grateful that we chose this rental. It really was perfect in every way! Not only did the owners accommodate us in every way possible, including excellent and friendly communication throughout the entire process but the townhome itself offers everything you would want and need for a fabulous stay. It is spacious and clean, warm and cozy, although it is connected to other townhomes you feel as though you have your own independent living quarters. It is in a fabulous location with an affordable and convenient grocery store across the street, a beautiful pool and hot tub, walking and riding bike distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. There is a trolley that picks up and drops off across the street at the grocery store that you can ride all over Clearwater for the purpose of travel from one place to another or for just a fun, lovely tour of the area. The townhome comes with everything you need including bikes, beach toys, and chairs. The inside includes a well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, bedroom and bathrooms, work space if needed, family space on the amazing family room couch, patio and porch space. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, safe, and incredibly inviting for daily walks, runs, and/or bike rides. The views surrounding this area are priceless and they will be greatly missed by our family. Our time in Clearwater is one we will never forget and one we will look forward to returning too again, hopefully sooner than later. We will definitely rent this place again and again! We already miss our warm and simple life in Clearwater Beach! Thank you to the owners for providing a warm and inviting place that our family could make memories that will last us for a lifetime!

Since buying the house, we have really fell in love with it! We go down every chance we get, and we love making it the best it can be for guests. Since we use it ourselves, we are constantly improving it, and making sure everything is working well for our guests.

I am professional Realtor and real estate investor, so you can expect a professional experience when staying with us!

Why they chose this property

We loved the pool, which is the biggest on the island, and hot tub! The location is quiet in a residential area, but still close the beach. Since it is right across from the supermarket and shops, it has everything we need right there.

What makes this property unique

This place feels just so spacious, and it has a relaxed and beachy vibe. It's a fun place to be, and Island Estates is its own unique oasis right next to Clearwater Beach. You are close to the fun but its a very calm residential atmosphere that is great for a longer term stay.
