My wife and I love Clearwater Beach, and we always wanted to own a place here! Getting a vacation rental made that possible for us, and we have two young children that we love taking to the beach.
Since buying the house, we have really fell in love with it! We go down every chance we get, and we love making it the best it can be for guests. Since we use it ourselves, we are constantly improving it, and making sure everything is working well for our guests.

Why they chose this property
This property has a huge amount of space, so it was great for entertaining our friends and family. We loved the pool area and what we were able to get for the money. In Clearwater, they require 30 day minimum rentals, so we new a big place would be really comfortable for people staying that long.
What makes this property unique
This place feels just so spacious, and it has a relaxed and beachy vibe. It's a fun place to be, and Island Estates is its own unique oasis right next to Clearwater Beach. You are close to the fun but its a very calm residential atmosphere that is great for a longer term stay.
