March Getaway in Clearwater Beach

Great location, can walk to everything. Enjoyable to watch all the boating and wildlife activity in the harbor from the balcony. Very spacious unit.

Convenient vacation

We flew in from overseas and although we were wiped, the property’s serene views and household conveniences really invited relaxation. We were with two different families and the floor plan was very practical. We have no complaints and thought all the appliances and decor were well maintained. We did notice that the ice coming out of the ice machine was pretty dirty however. Other than that no comaplaints! Thank you so much for a perfect family vacation:).

Clear Water Beach Condo

The condo is in a great area, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The elevator on the complex was out of action for 11 days of our stay of 30 days. According to the permanent residents this is a regular occurrence. Being 78 years old that made for some pain full stair climbing to the third floor.The cleanliness in the unit left a lot to be desired, hairs in the cutlery drawer stained bedding. The towels provided were well past their sell by date. We did go out and purchase our own towels.

Ian spoilt our vacation

The condo was as shown. The interior was clean/tidy the location quiet, but within walking distance of everything. The pressure on the water supply needs to be increased as the shower in the on suite was very poor. The only other thing is that the outside window frames on the balcony needs to be cleaned. We were given every assistance by Itrip as our vacation was cut short by hurricane IAN. I would definitely use them again in the future

Family vacation

Beautiful, Undated, Very Clean, Well Maintained waterfront condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here off the beating path. Safe neighbor, police Dept next door, but never heard any sirens or a lot of activity. Beach, restaurants, shops easily walkable. Our complaints are: -Yes, the master bedroom mattress is worn out and uncomfortable, it is time to replace it. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom, closest to the hall bath & laundry closet is ok. The mattress in the 3rd bedroom, is the best. -washer is really loud in spin cycle. -keyless entry is a little tricky, (instructions on shelf inside) but it’s fine once you get used to it.

It was obvious to us this was not a privately owned rental. While the condo itself was clean and spacious, we were disappointed in the lack of essential supplies. Our reservation was for six people. There weren't enough towels/wash clothes for everyone to shower. There were minimal dishwasher tablets for our one week stay. With a full kitchen, it lacked essential cooking tools. We contacted the rental agency, and they were responsive to our needs. It was just a hassle in the grand scheme of things to not have the essentials at our fingertips.

Property was in the condition it was listed as on vrbo. A couple of pluses were the beach towels, boogie boards and sand toys. It always helps to have these items available when you are traveling to the beach. Short walk to the south end of pier 60. Gorgeous view of Clearwater bay from the unit. Debbie was wonderful!

Condo is like the pictures. Everything appears to be as advertised. One thing that should be noted on the advertising for the condo is that there isa elevator for going up and down. We were told that there was no elevator and people had to use the steps.

We had the most wonderful time in Clearwater. The condo was just like the pictures on VRBO, beautiful! Well worth the money with such a beautiful view off the balcony. Great location with so many things to do nearby.

Tolle Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr geräumig mit einer fantastischen Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Mit etwas Glück, kann man von dort aus Delphine beobachten. Die Nähe zu Strand ist optimal. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und die Betten waren nicht frisch bezogen als wir ankamen! Nach einem Telefonat mit der Argentur wurde die Bettwäsche dann am nächsten Tag gewechselt.

Perfect stay

Great location just a short walk to Clearwater Beach walk, restaurants, shops and the beach. For a less crowded beach experience try the Sandy Key state park which is just a two minute drive across the bay bridge. Parking for the day is only $5.00 and the beach has everything you could need. Room offered every amenity you could need and owners even had all you would need for your beach experience. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property

Overall experience was very good. Our daughter met us there so we had to find off sight parking. We were told that she could park in an open spot but in the condo it specifically said that there is only one spot and to park off sight. We didn’t want to chance being towed. The other issue we had was the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. Other than that the unit is very clean and beautifully decorated.

Better than the pictures

This condo is very nice..looking at the pictures I thought ok this might work...then low and behold we walked in and BAM!..this place was gorgeous..views are nice as well..property is well maintained and all amenities you need including sand buckets for the kids to play with at the beach...the only reason I gave it 4 stars was it's a 5 min walk to a beach..which by the way is pier 60 ..so it's still a positive
