What makes this property unique
This property have a fence surrounding the pool, which is great for families. It has a game room completed with billiards, foosball, various board games, tv and plenty of seating, which is perfect for groups. Outdoors in addition to the pool, grilling, large outdoor dining, you will find half basketball court, bocce ball and horse shoe toss, grassy yard in the back with 2 soccer nets, some tennis rackets and balls, there is even a bag of small balls that could be put in the pool for toddlers. The property is also located within 2 miles of a dozen great golf courses, it is perfect for golf groups, as well as tennis groups as it is 6 lights from BNP Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.
