Private Oasis w/pool & spa. Access to PB, Tennis, & Fitness centre!

4 BR 3Bath newly renovated home conveniently located in the Indian Palms gated community next to the Empire Polo grounds.

Travolta house includes everything you need for a fabulous vacation- From the oasis like backyard with private pool & spa, to the spacious well stocked kitchen & the detached casita.

Pet Friendly! Max 2 pets allowed- $150/pet
Pool & Spa Heat are an extra fee, please message us for pricing.

The Master bedroom with King bed has a spacious walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom in the main house has a Queen Bed & designated bathroom directly across the hallway.

The 3rd(King bed) & 4th bedroom(bunk bed with dbl size mattress) are located in the casita. They have a separate entrance from the main house and share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

There are 3 parking spaces available in the driveway. Guests do not have access to the garage.

This home is located in the Indian Palms gated community which features a 18-hole public golf course, fitness centre, swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts- All community amenities except golf are complimentary for our guests. Please inquire before arrival so we can have up to 4 guest passes authorized for the fitness centre & pickle ball courts.

We are a:
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Grounds where the Coachella & Stagecoach music festivals happen every April, as well as many other major events that take place in the Valley.
10 minute drive to Old Town La Quinta.
10 minute drive to Desert International Horse Park
15 minute drive to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens
20 minute drive to the Acrisure Arena- Home of the Coachella Valley Fire Birds hockey team.
20 minute drive to El Paseo drive.
35 minute drive to Palm Springs International Airport
40 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs

This house is amazing! We loved everything about it! The decor is gorgeous just as the photos promised. The kitchen is spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. The outside area is fabulous with plenty of shade or sun depending on your preference. The beds are comfortable and the community is quiet at night, so we all slept well. Counldn’t ask for anything more!

Coachella’s Best Stay

The owners were so nice! The place is perfect - you can walk to the Coachella grounds. The house is perfect - cold pool - hot spa - soft beds-fluffy robes! We loved it and will always stay here for Coachella!

Relaxing week of fun

This property was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The floaties were a nice bonus. The outdoor area was lovely, pool, hot tub, covered area for cooling off, table to play games and a gorgeous barbecue! We appreciated the extras such as Q-tips in the bathrooms and tissues throughout. The subtle Easter decorations were adorable!

There was something really relaxing about this property. It was very comfortable. Anything I could think of needing was there. The kitchen is well appointed too. Check in was a breeze. I don’t love having to pay extra to heat the spa /pool but o’well. Thanks for having us!

Lots of space, plus a casita for the undesirable family members

We loved our time here. We made an entire Thanksgiving feast and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is perfect with the hot tub, pool, grill, and space to hang out. Many fine touches throughout which didn't go unnoticed. Access to the workout room is a plus, and our kids golfed one day (not a great course but it's cheap and they had fun). The host is very responsive and helpful. In a sea of choices in the area that all look the same, this place is a standout.
