Welcome to this air-conditioned studio (essential in Bandol in summer ) with a pleasant private outdoor space of 20m2 in a small residence quiet and wooded.
The outdoor space is the strong point of this studio. It is equipped with a water point very convenient when you come back from the sea , of sunbeds and a wooden picnic table to take meals outside.
Sleeps: 1 bed and bunk beds (adult size).
Equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, coffee maker senseo, toaster).
Private parking space.
Close to the most beautiful coves of Bandol which are 5 minutes walk and the coastal path for nice hikes.
Nearby also small shops: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket.
Possibility to go to the city center by bus or on foot along the seafront (20 minutes walk).
A pet is accepted after validation by the owner.
Linen is provided during the stay.
Cleaning must be done by the tenants before departure.
