Hello,<br><br>In Brittany, in the Morbihan department, near the Gulf of Morbihan, we offer holiday rentals in two traditional granite cottages for your enjoyment. It’s the perfect place to take a break, slow down, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures...<br><br>We’re located 1.5 km from the village of Plumelin, which is 30 minutes from Vannes, Auray, and Lorient. Enjoy the charm of the countryside near the sea, in a lush, quiet, and relaxing setting, away from busy roads.<br><br>The property consists of a detached cottage, AVALON, in a house, and another, BROCELIANDE, in the farmhouse, as well as a one-hectare pond below the property (visible from the cottages, across the road 100 metres away) for fishing (no licence required, catch-and-release only, fish must be released immediately), a trout river (fishing licence required), and a heated pool (April through October) shared by both cottages with secure access, as well as a bocce court, archery range, and Breton palet game...<br><br>All baby equipment is available free of charge (upon request).<br><br>Terraces, patio furniture, grills, a wooden playhouse, and a wooden children’s swing set…<br><br>Your pets are welcome upon request to ensure a pleasant stay.<br><br>Whether you’re just passing through for one night (sales reps, workers, etc.) or staying for several days (business trip, temporary assignment, etc.), we’ll welcome you with the same enthusiasm as our holidaymakers who stay for one or more weeks at nous.Et —all year round. You have access to the pond with your rental (except overnight stays) for the entire duration of your stay, but only during the day.<br><br>For night fishing (limited to carp fishing for experienced carp anglers—landing mat required), there is a fee and it’s available upon request.<br><br>Only guests staying at the cottage have free daytime access to the pond. If you have family or friends visiting, upon request, they will be required to pay an access fee to accompany you while fishing in the pond.<br><br>We practice what is known as “sport fishing” or “catch-and-release” in this pond. This means you may not keep your catch in a fish basket or eat it. All fish must be released back into the water immediately after being caught.<br><br>Two fishing rods are allowed per angler.
