The Little summer house, a charming eco-gîte on the Champagne tourist trail

The Little summer house is a charming house in country stones, dating from the French Revolution, enclosed by walls. It has three spacious bedrooms decorated with care, a new kitchen fully equipped, a cozy living room where burns a pellet stove during the cold seasons and a particularly bright bathroom. And even, nestled at the bottom of the garden, a half-timbered house. Between June and September, an in-ground swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace is accessible.

The Little summer house combines the charm of authenticity with modern comfort. Its rooms are spacious. Its decoration was designed with taste (furniture, bedding, lighting and fine art works). The garden with the swimming pool is facing south. You can park inside the property.

Its kitchen includes a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer independent, an air-conditioned oven and a microwave and a multitude of other small appliances. There is a washing machine in the kitchen.

In the living room, a 80 cm flat screen TV allows you to receive about thirty channels or TNT. A hi-fi system (CD, tuner, DVD) with the possibility of USB connection or i-pod, is connected to two wall speakers.

The cottage is equipped with wi-fi internet access.

Located in an extraordinarily quiet area of the village of Landreville, a character town where a delicious vintage champagne has been produced for generations, the Little summer house was renovated with the greatest concern to respect the environment: a non-polluting heating mode (pellet stove, thermodynamic balloon for the production of hot water), optimal insulation in ecological materials (wood wool, cellulose wadding, hemp, lime, vermiculite), double glazing frames with low emissivity handcrafted in wood made in France.

Everything encourages relaxation and healing.
