The resort has 333 units, free in-room safe, air conditioning in bedroom only, please close the bedroom door, when using it, maid service, BBQ areas, restaurant/Bar, free hi-speed Internet and WI-FI access, coin-op laundry at the east end location. Kiahuna is popular with repeat visitors to the Island. They were grandfathered into being allowed to build right up to the ocean front. This resort has a 'Real Gem' rating
Kiahuna exudes a relaxed, old world, plantation feel.
The grounds are lush, well-groomed and mature. You’ll see ancient monkey-pod trees with huge bromeliads as well as lots of orchids. (Not to mention Kahuna trademark cactus and orchid garden.) Kiahuna is also blessed with being on a world-class beach, Kiahuna Beach. It’s backed by a huge lawn. In fact, the entire resort is paved with bountiful grass.

The Newly opened Poipu Beach Athletic Club is just across the road from Kiahuna Plantation. We are happy to say we have joined, allowing our guests full access to the pool, Hot Tub, tennis courts and Fitness Center.

Historic Koloa Town is just a few minutes away. Explore more of Kauai with a scenic drive West to Waimea, or East to Lihue, the Wailua River, Kapaa Town, and Hanalei on the North shore.

We loved the location, the views and comfort of sitting on the balcony. The bathtub could you use a good scrub, bottom in particular. Top of refrigerator, around all lamps and where ceiling and walls meet in living room were large numbers of dead/live gnats(?). Hoping the next occupants will benefit from our comments. We did have a wonderful stay at Kiahuna Plantation.

The suite was large and airy and really relaxing. The property grounds were manicured beautifully! We stayed here for our honeymoon and mentioned this to the owner and hoped there might be something special in the room to celebrate, but there was not. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Gorgeous landscaping and quick walk to the beach! We had small problem with the a/c and the dishwasher, but they were both fixed quickly and without disruption to our vacation. Our first time here, but hopefully not our last!

We had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and walking path were wonderful. We had a very relaxing wonderful time. We love Kauai we explored the whole island. We really enjoyed the beach and we used the walking path along the ocean every day. The condo was very clean and if I could maybe possibly give one recommendation, it might be to add some spices to the condo. Thank you again.

A quick walk to beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, bars. A slightly longer walk to lovely shops and more restaurants, and galleries A short drive to to more of the above And a perfect basecamp for exploring the island with awesome hikes in the Wimea canyon, the Kanapali coast, visit to the Kauai coffee plantation, a lovely Luau at the Sheraton next door...absolutely beautiful dinners at Merriman's near by and at Sam's ocean view in Kapaa, to name a few

Great family vacation spot

The condo was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning. It was nice to make breakfast and to cook meals with the fish we caught! Loved the location and you can't beat the stretch of beach. The towel and chair checkout process was easy and the availability of renting additional equipment was helpful, along with the condo-provided umbrellas and snorkel gear, which was great.

Great Kauai Property

This was a great place to stay. Literally a 2 minute drive to Poipu beach. You can also walk there if you wanted. 3 minute walk to Kiahuna beach. The area is great. The unit was very clean. Had everything we needed. Had A/C in the bedroom, which was nice. Even had beach chairs and umbrella to use. Those small things made it even better. Perfect for our stay. Would stay there again.

Moir Cactus Garden View Condo

The view of the Moir Cactus Garden was lovely and listening to all the birds in the surrounding trees was tranquil. The lanai was so private and peaceful. The king size bed was very comfortable. The condo location is excellent for walk ability to many restaurants, shops and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in Poipu

This was a great spot to stay while in Poipu. The condo has a nice view of a garden and is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The closest beach is a semi-private beach on the property, with plenty of beach chairs, space, and towels available. Looks like daily surf lessons are right there, so a really convenient way to learn to catch some Hawaiian waves. So easy and a beautiful area!

First trip to Kauai

A friend and I spent nine nights at the condo and certainly enjoyed it. The property is lovely and well situated. Shops, restaurants and the beach are just a stroll away. A couple of days were a little chilly but that’s the way it goes! The entire island is easily traveled from the Poipu area. I highly recommend!

First time on Kaua’i

Have been to other islands and Kauai is now our favorite! The condo was great! Had everything we needed and was in a great location. When you book a place with a “garden view” you usually get a shrub and a parking lot view. Not this place! Gorgeous cactus garden and even a bit of ocean! The grounds are huge and beautiful. Easy walk to the beach and to shopping across the street. Bed and pillows were comfy. Will definitely be back and hope to book the same condo!

We loved this property and found Charles to be the best super host we’ve ever dealt with very courteous, kind and helpful throughout our visit. We loved the unit which has a beautiful peaceful view of a garden area, very private, quiet, and serene. The only thing we didn’t like was leaving!

Can’t wait to come back

The location of this property is perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and shops-within walking distance or very short drive. Just a five minute walk to the beach where you can rent snorkel gear/beach gear. The condo comes with two chairs, an umbrella, small cooler, and some boogie boards. The pool was nice, with poolside service. There was a nice AC unit in the bedroom that kept it cool at night. The view of the cactus garden is beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!
