Located at ScrappyJax Cabins in Glenwood, Arkansas. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is perfect for a traveling family or group. It is themed with cozy bear décor that gives a homelike feel. There is a king size bed and TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom includes 2 twin size beds and a TV. The living room has a pull out sofa with queen size mattress. A queen size air mattress is available for extra guests. This cabin has all the amenities needed for a getaway. It includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and smart TV's in each room. All linens are provided, as well as basic necessities (shampoo, soap, bodywash, etc) Outside is a large deck with seating and a propane grill. There's also a firepit on site.
The property is located 1/4 mile from the Caddo River, which is very popular for kayaking. It is only 30 minutes from Hot Springs and the diamond mine in Murfreesboro. There are multiple crystal mines under an hour away, as well.
This area attracts travelers for hiking, fishing, hunting, cycling, kayaking, gem hunting, historical site seeing and so much more.

Quick and Easy

My son and I stayed for one night to head to a dirt bike race the next morning. The rental is located in a park of sorts. I was a bit confused finding our spot, but it worked out quickly. I drive a full size truck, and parking was a bit tight. I did appreciate having the paved area though, as I used it to do some work on the bike. The house itself was perfect for our needs. Just somewhere to rest our heads. It was much like a hotel and very clean! The owner had a list of restaurants in the area, which was super convenient. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to others.

Great place to stay

Adorable cabin located in the heart of the town! The owners were extremely helpful and super friendly! Cabin decor, bedding etc. was perfect! Oh and the king size bed was so comfortable!!!!! We will for sure go back again and again and stay in this cabin or one of the others they have as they have many to choose from.

Confortable

I stayed here with my Husband and my sister for her birthday. We celebrated going kayaking and enjoyed the rest of the day at the house. It was very clean and stocked with kitchen ware and bathroom supplies. Perfect stay for the trip Highly Recommend.

Nice place

We just stayed for one night. It was perfect for me and my two girls. We floated the caddo and it was less than a mile from where we took out the river. Would stay again.

Clean, family friendly stay

This rental was super clean! It's always great to find places for a larger family to stay comfortably. Our family of 7 fit great, plenty of bedding and household accommodations! Everything you'd need for a long or short stay. Owners were great with communication. Definitely recommend!

We loved it!

This was our first time staying at a vrbo and we absolutely loved it! The place was even better than we expected! Such a homey atmosphere, nicely decorated ( loved the bear theme! ) and the way the hosts paid extra attention to small details such as having coffee, cream , sugar, toiletries, extra blankets, etc made our stay even that much better! We went to Mt. Ida to dig at Crystal Vista and ended up finding some awesome quartz! We would love to revisit , and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!!

Relaxing

If you are someone who enjoys the nature and loves to chill outside sitting, looking up the stars while sipping your favorite drink, this place is the one for you. It is very relaxing and comfortable, they have everything you need in a house! It is an absolutely wonderful experience for us! One night of peace and quiet is always the best! Oh and I really loved the mama bear and 3 babies painting!

Awesome Experience

Our small group traveled to Glenwood for Spring Break because we wanted to visit both the Crater of Diamonds State Park (Murfreesboro) and Wegner Quartz Crystal Mines (Mt. Ida) and this location was perfect. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and answered all of my many questions. The cabin was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed! We felt very safe in this area and even did some very minor hiking right on the campground. We would definitely book here again if we return to the area and highly recommend this location.
