About the host
Hosted by Anna Lee
Peace Valley is a family property that holds a lot of meaning for us. What started as a quiet retreat has grown into something we’re continuing to thoughtfully build and share with others.
We’ve put a lot of care into creating spaces that feel calm, welcoming, and connected to nature—places where people can slow down and truly unplug.
While we don’t live on-site, we’re always available if you need anything, and we want your stay to feel easy, peaceful, and restorative from start to finish.

Why they chose this property
Caddo Gap captured our hearts the first time we visited. It’s tucked into the Ouachita Mountains, surrounded by national forest, streams, and endless trails—peaceful and wild all at once. The area feels like a true escape from the busy world, yet it’s close enough to charming small towns like Glenwood and Mount Ida for a great meal or a bit of exploring. We love the sense of community here, the slower pace, and the way the stars fill the night sky. It’s the kind of place that reminds you to breathe again.
What makes this property unique
Peace Valley Sanctuary is more than a getaway—it’s a destination for rest, reflection, and connection. Set on over 70 acres bordering the Ouachita National Forest, the property includes walking trails, private ponds, open meadows, and beautifully restored cabins and cottages. Each space has its own personality and design, blending comfort with natural beauty. Guests often say there’s a special energy here—calm, grounding, and restorative. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch, stargazing by the firepit, or just listening to the sounds of nature, you’ll understand why we call it Peace Valley.
