Holiday house in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful and fine sandy kilometer-long beach of Julianadorp aan Zee. Only 5 minutes walk (500m) from the beach leading ramp! Here you can hear the sound of the waves of the sea! The house was recently completely renovated and refurbished.

The house is detached with about 60 square meters of living space and with 2 bedrooms suitable for families with 4 people. The house is lovingly furnished and equipped with high quality furniture and luxurious amenities, such as. B. WiFi internet, cable and satellite TV, dishwasher and combi oven / microwave.

The large, fenced, child-friendly garden of 500m2 on the south-west, offers a wonderful view of the beautiful Dutch dunes. Of course you have a terrace with garden furniture and wind protection.

The holiday bungalow is located in the popular holiday park 'De Zandloper', directly behind the dunes. In the immediate vicinity of the park you will find relaxation on the beach and many hiking and biking trails, numerous attractions and a subtropical swimming pool (3 km).

The wide beach and the surroundings will enchant you. There are several beach pavilions and in the summer months the beach is guarded by the coastal and lifeguards.

The holiday bungalow has a cozy living room with sofa, cozy fireplace, open luxury kitchen and dining area.

The living room offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the dunes and has a stereo, flat screen with satellite and cable, Apple TV and WiFi internet.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, hood, dishwasher, combi oven / microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom with underfloor heating and towel warmer, has a toilet, sink and a large shower (90x110 cm). There is a private parking space for a car right by the house.

The sunny (S-W) garden of 500 square meters is completely fenced and has a partially covered sun terrace with wind attack, Weber grill, comfortable loungers, a parasol and a dining table. Due to the large garden and the spacious layout of the park, you can enjoy peace and privacy.

In Julianadorp you will find a number of shops, (incl. Lidl and Aldi), a newly built covered shopping center, restaurants, fitness, bowling, golf, mini golf, riding arena, swimming paradise etc.

Reservations are only possible with arrival and departure on Saturday. Different direct bookings or booking inquiries are invalid unless the request has been expressly approved after consultation and confirmed separately.

The rental price includes energy (from April to October), water and internet. From October to April there is a surcharge for energy consumption (based on meter readings). We will charge you an advance for this. After the stay, the costs will be offset against the advance payment based on meter readings. Water and internet are always included in the rent.
