You live in a bungalow on about 70 square meters. Here you can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is a Non smoking house. Three separate bedrooms make the holiday with friends or family pleasant. In one bedroom you will find a flat screen TV and a Playstation 3. In addition, you have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet for free for the duration of your stay in our house.
The new bathroom is bright and friendly (1 window). You can relax in the walk-in shower (1.20 mx 0.90 m) with spa shower. A washbasin cabinet with mirror and a towel radiator, changing table are also part of the equipment.A separate toilet with vanity is right next to the bathroom ..

The open kitchen also offers the ambitious hobby chef enough opportunities not to miss out on culinary delights even on vacation. Here you will find everything your heart desires. A dishwasher, microwave and Senseo coffee machine, Furthermore, a kettle, toaster, egg cooker, high quality dishes etc.

The heart of our cozy holiday home is the combined spacious living u. Dining area with access to the outdoor terrace and the light flooded and very tastefully furnished living room with its high ceilings, in the middle of a glass dome in the roof illuminates the whole living room.

The overall picture of our house is characterized by warm fresh colors, high-quality furniture, selected home accessories as well as laminate flooring, you can expect a very harmonious living ambience. Feel welcome, let the hustle and bustle of the last few weeks just fade away, we would like to support you and keep you ready for a few more small amenities that may make your holiday even a little more relaxed.

Eine sehr Komfortable Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail

Wir durften eine Woche in der schönen Unterkunft verbringen. Ein sehr schönes Häuschen mit sehr viele liebe zum Detail. Den Luxus der Saune rundet das Paket ab! Der Weg zum Strand mit dem vorhandenen Bollerwagen war überhaupt kein Problem und hat es sehr erleichtert alles was man braucht dabei zu haben. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super, Fragen vorab wurden direkt beantwortet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben es ermöglicht mit Familie und Freunden zu verreisen, außerdem konnten die Hunde mit. Alles in allem ist es ein schöne Objekt, auch die Ausstattung bietet mehr als teilweise andere Häuschen dort haben (Nachbarschaft hat berichtet) :). Der Strand ist sehr sehr schön <3 wir haben es sehr genossen und sind froh uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden zu haben.

Das Haus und der Garten waren gepflegt und sauber. Die Bettwäsche kam uns wie neu vor. Das kingsize Bett war leider zu weich. Die Küche bot alles was man brauchte. Der Wohn- Essbereich waren stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und gut.

Tolles Haus mit Saune direkt hinter den Dünen

Hier hat alles gestimmt. Im Haus war alles was man braucht. Die Sauna hat unsere Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt. An den Tagen mit schlechterem Wetter hat uns die Technikausstattung begeistert.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Unterkunft

...es ist alles im Haus vorhanden. Schöne Einrichtung. Es wurde an viele Details geachtet. Auch an Kinder wurde bedacht mitgedacht, Spielzeug, Bobycar, Kettcar, Bücher, Deckenhologram für die Kleinstem, Babyphone, Nachrlicht für die Steckdose uvm. Sat TV Deutsche Sender, Große Duschkabine, Hochwertige Dampfsauna usw. Sehr zu empfehlen

Komfortabel und kompakt

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit schöner Sauna, nicht zu großen Schlafräumen, großem Wohn-Koch und -Essraum, Strandnähe! Für Einkäufe benötigt man einen PKW! Für die Hunde war es schön, dass der Garten eingezäunt war! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Erholsame Tage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen: - Dekoration und Sauberkeit der Unterkunft - harmonisch, gemütliche Einrichtung - Smart TV und Playstation - 2 Fahrräder - super Heizung - Kamin vorhanden (Holz solltet ihr dabei haben) - Ordner mit Tipps (Ärzte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc.) und sonstige Empfehlungen Der Check-In war aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit unserer Buchung etwas abenteuerhaft :) Die Reinigungskosten waren leider nicht im Gesamtpreis einberechnet. Diese mussten wir separat erstatten. Aufgrund des Irrtums kam man uns mit einem fairen Angebot entgegen. Zu empfehlen: Fahrradtour durch die Dünen!!! Danke liebe Gastgeber für den tollen Aufenthalt in Julianadorp!

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Im allgemeinen ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung, in der man sich auch im Winter rundum wohl fühlt. Die Heizung funktioniert wunderbar, WLAN auch, die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, auch Kuscheldecken für die Sofas sind da :-) Was etwas schade war, war der fehlende Wasserkocher mit dem man sich einen Tee oder eine Wärmflasche hätte machen können. Und auch die Tatsache, dass einem der Schlüssel auch bei kurzfristiger Buchung zugeschickt wird - bei uns kam der Schlüssel einen Tag vor Anreise an-macht es etwas kompliziert. Auch weil man ihn dann nach dem Urlaub wieder zurück schicken muss. Einfacher wäre hier eine Schlüsselbox, für die man eine PIN bekommt. Ansonsten aber eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, mit einer Ausstattung, die sicherlich nicht viele Wohnungen haben. .... damit sich die Kosten der Endreinigung aber auch lohnen, empfiehlt es sich allerdings einen längeren Aufenthalt zu buchen ;-)

Schön eingerichtetes Haus für einen Familienurlaub

Alles vorhanden, was man für Kinder braucht (Wickelkommode, Spielzeug, Fuhrpark...). Spielplatz sowie Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Also perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Angenehm war auch, dass Terrasse und Garten nicht einsehbar waren.

Das kleine Häuschen hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Es fehlte an nichts. Allerdings hatten wir in der einen Woche nur Sonnenschein und konnten die Zeit am Spielplatz, Strand und vor allem auf dem Fahrrad verbringen. Es war wunderschön abends in das kleine gemütlich eingerichtete Haus zurückzukehren. Die Gegend ist im Frühjahr und dazu noch bei Sonnenschein ein Traum! Tulpen, Narzissen etc. so weit das Auge reicht 🌷 wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht!!!

Auch bei stürmischem Wetter ein Genuss

Wir haben 6 Tage zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, unser zweijähriger Sohn) im März im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Wetter hat leider nicht so mitgespielt, es war recht kalt, sehr stürmisch und regnerisch. Und dennoch hat uns das Haus und die Umgebung eine Menge zu bieten gehabt, so dass wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen konnten: ausreichend Spielzeug für unseren Sohn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Hallenbad im Ort, das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Den Helder und Texel in der Nähe, Amsterdam eine knappe Stunde entfernt, der Kamin für die Abendstunden. Als es etwas aufklarte und eine Weile trocken war, konnte unser Sohn zudem die tollen Fahrzeuge im Schuppen auspro-bieren. Und wir konnten einen kleinen Bauernhof mit Streichelzoo auf dem Weg nach Den Helder besuchen. Das Haus ist überhaupt bestens zum Kochen und Leben ausgestattet. Es wurde an viele Eventualitäten gedacht (mit und ohne Kind). Es befindet sich sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur freien Verfügung im Schuppen. So bleiben wenige Wünsche offen und es bleibt uns nur: Danke zu sagen.
