Gated Community -Poolside Paradise with lake view and lots of amenities to enjoy

When you stay at Legends Ranch Poolside Paradise you can expect a Great Experience from the moment you enter the home you will find a very welcoming atmosphere ~ warm and inviting with beautiful furnishings !
The home has a private office area if you plan to work and play during your stay !
A formal living area with a sofa that opens to a Queen bed if NEEDED
(bedding for this is kept in the laundry room cabinet ) A large formal dining area with a beautiful table that can seat 8-10 guest ! A well appointed kitchen with a 5 burner gas cooktop, convection oven , microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size refrigerator with water and ice dispenser- combo coffee maker (pot /keurig) the kitchen is stocked with lots of plates, glasses, silverware - small appliances can be found in the walk in pantry which is across from the small mini bar area which has a wine cooler, wine opener, wine glasses and more ! Off the kitchen is a breakfast table that seats 6 and the high top bar has two bar stools for extra seating !
The large living room is just off the kitchen so you can entertain guest easily while you prep meals and enjoy big screen tv !
(we have electric window screens for the living areas and the breakfast area )
The living area has comfortable leather couches that recline so kick you legs up and relax and watch a movie on the Big Screen TV that hangs above the gas fireplace which is perfect for chilly nights
( it's easy to operate and no messing with bringing in logs or a messy clean up )
There is a half bath off this living area with a toilet and sink for guest to use !
The laundry room is on the main floor with full size stacked washer/dryer with a laundry cabinet stocked with soap pods, dryer sheets and laundry basket for dirty laundry as well as ironing board and iron / mud bench !
The entrance to the garage is in the laundry room ~ you will find a nice garage with epoxy flooring , there is a locked storage cabinet where we keep supplies (for the cleaning team only ) a ping pong/ air hockey combo table the little ones and big ones alike will enjoy !
The Trash cans are kept in the garage we offer 3 of them as well as a red container that is for recycled items-PLEASE PLACE TRASH AT CURB ON TRASH DAYS

Keep in mind if you plan to park in the garage one side is available but it's a tight fit and will accommodate a small vehicle only !
The main floor bedroom ( Room #1 ) is large and has an adjustable king size bed with a large screen TV , ceiling fan, lots of storage for your personal items , a bench at the end of the bed, electric window screens , a door that exits the bedroom onto the side patio and pool area so this room has its own private entry to the beautiful outdoors! Off this room is a spa like bathroom with a Large jetted soaking tub with color changing lights, bluetooth speaker with night light in the ceiling, double vanities with sinks, large walk in shower with rainfall shower head and hand held shower spray wand and a teak wood bench , a linen closet stocked with plush towels, a private toilet room, a walk in closet with lots of storage!
UPSTAIRS:
You will find a game room with a pool table and a game closet with card games, board games , children's books etc..
You will find four bedrooms upstairs each with ceiling fans, tv's , lots of storage , large closets, nice bedding with lots of pillows! (Room #2) has a King bed
(Room #3) has a Queen bed (Room #4 ) Has a Queen Bed (Room#5) has bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top - there is also an infant crib in this room ~ in this room you will also find a diaper disposal (you will need to put a trash bag inside of this before using - high chair and a (4 moms )pack and play in the closet !
There is a Full size bathroom(sink, toilet, tub/shower combo ) that is shared between bedroom #2 and #3
with adjoining doors ( Jack and Jill style bathroom )
There is a Full size bathroom that is in the hallway between bedroom #4 and #5 to be shared (sink, toilet , tub/shower combo)
Both bathrooms are stocked with lots of towels hand towels - washcloths as well as makeup washcloths and makeup removing moist towelettes

Outside:
Step out into a beautiful backyard oasis that over looks a man made lake with fountains - gorgeous pool (Pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee this takes aprox. 24 hrs depending on the outdoor temps )
Large jetted spa that will easily sit 8-10 adults comfortably !
(no charge for heating the spa it heats up very quickly )
Please turn off the spa when leaving the home or retiring for the evening- keep in mind that the heater that heats the spa also heats the pool so if you paid to heat the pool and leave the spa running all day realize the pool water temp will drop during this time period if it's for a extended amount of time !
We have two patio areas one with a table and chairs to seat six with a ceiling fan over the table, dartboard and darts, giant jenga game, corn hole game !
We have another seating area by the pool and lake we store the cushions for this couch and chairs in storage container on the patio to protect them from the weather ( Please do not store away wet to prevent mildewing ) this area also has a fire pit and provided small supply of wood and fire starters , we ask that you keep the fire pit on the concrete and do not move it into the grass area !
On the larger side patio we have a large outdoor kitchen area where you will find a grill , double sinks with a garbage disposal , lots of storage and utensils for cooking , a full size refrigerator and freezer (ice maker in the lower freezer ) outside pantry supplied with pool towels , floats, life jackets for little ones and plastic dishes and cups to be used in and around the pool ( NO GLASS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND POOL AND SPA ) you will also find an outdoor bath/shower room with a toilet , sink and shower ( This bath has no AC or heat ) A very nice bar top with bar stools with a living area to relax and watch the big screen tv on movie nights or to catch your favorite sports ! We have an electric fireplace to enjoy as well as outdoor electric solar screens you can close for privacy or on chilly breezy nights close them to warm up ~ on hot summer days you can close them partially to help block the sun but still allow air flow to help keep you cool with them partially open ( WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING IN FOR THE NIGHT PLEASE OPEN THE SCREENS IN EVENT OF HIGH WINDS ~ ALSO REMEMBER TO CLOSE THE POOL UMBRELLAS FOR THE SAME REASON) When going in for the night or leaving the property in the evening turn off the patio lights - the lights on the fence are on a timer so no need to turn these off and the ceiling perimeter mood lighting can stay on they are hard wired there is no switch !
Our Community :
Within our Safe gated community you can enjoy a splash pad( seasonal) tennis courts, basketball courts, community pools(seasonal) parks for your little ones as well as a workout room for Adults only at the front club house we will leave guest access cards for you and your guest to use to get into the amenities (same card you use to come into the front entrance ~ You have access from our backyard to a
1.2 mile walking trail around the lake where you can take a casual relaxing walk and enjoy the wildlife ( birds, fish, turtles ) or take a morning run or jog .. whatever your heart desires , we also have a soccer field around the corner from the house !
BACKUP GENERATOR :
We are in Texas and sometimes things happen that are out of our control such as Thunderstorms , hurricanes and on rare occasions freezing temps .. We are prepared to keep our guest comfortable with a full house generator so the minute the power goes out our generator kicks on and you will not be left in the dark without AC or heat !
We've thought of everything so you don't have to worry !

We are part of an HOA community so there are rules that must be followed in order to keep our neighborhood safe and enjoyable with that being said we MUST enforce Quiet Hours to prevent disturbing our neighbors and getting unwanted middle of the night phone calls with complaints - We want you and your guest to have an AMAZING experience but we also need to make sure our neighbors as well as ourselves have a Great experience while your visiting so keep in mind as much as this home looks inviting for Parties and large gatherings of friends
(this is not allowed ) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ARE ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY If you book the home for 8-10 guest this is what we are expecting to be at the home during your stay ~ if you are in town to visit family or friends and plan to have them over to visit we understand but this must be approved by the HOST in advance and in some cases an (extra guest fee may apply ) This has been our private home for the past 20 plus years and we ask you to be respectful of the noise level as our neighbors are also our friends and will call us no matter the time of day if they are being disturbed by excessive noise / music etc..
( this includes the front of the home as well as the back of the home so be mindful when coming and going late at night or early morning )
We have OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS THAT ARE RECORDING 24/7 at the front of our home - the sides and rear of the home this is for security purposes for your protection as well as ours ~ your privacy is never compromised we only view these if we receive complaints about the noise level or parties that are not allowed or extreme number of vehicles at the home parked in front of neighbors homes.
HOA ask that there be no OVERNIGHT PARKING IN THE STREET if there is room in the driveway please use it only if the driveway is full are you allowed to park in the street
