It’s 1 master bedroom only option (plus airmattress) in 3 bedrooms Private House. The house can be used for short term and long term as well. The Whole House with private entrance and private back porch is all available for our guests only . The House has ADU on premises (accessory dwelling unit) with separate entrance from the house that we (owner) use as our business/storage office. Other words It’s like a studio apartment with its own entrance. Both has a private separate entrance not related to each other. Guest will have private access to the house with private back porch available for guests only and own keys. The entrance to the house is at the front door of the house with 4 little outside stairs. Outside doorbell has a video camera installed only for the outside view of the house and entrance view.
