Remodeled Nov 2022. This Condo is a 3 minute walk to the lifts for Skiing/Biking and a short drive to Golfing, Fishing and Hiking few minutes). No need to use the shuttle. Just a few steps away from Rental Shops and Restaurants. This 2B/2B Condo is right across from the Angel Fire Resort. The balcony offers incredible views. 2nd floor with W/D in unit. Large personal ski locker. This unit is suitable for larger families or two families traveling for up to 9 Guests. Parking for 2 cars onsite.

This condo was very updated and very well stocked. Berna was a great host! She had everything we could possibly need for cooking, laundry etc. She even checked on us thru out our stay, which was nice. The location is wonderful! The ski area was an easy 3 minute walk. We will definitely book this condo again!

Beautiful updated and clean!

We enjoyed it so much, thank you! Clean, very nice remodel, close to lifts, perfect space for a group of friends to hang out and crash after a day on the slopes!

Quaint condo!

The condo worked out perfectly the way it was setup for two different families. The location was fantastic although we were not there to ski this trip, it is just a short little walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cozy condo

My family and I stayed here for spring break. The property was clean and recently renovated. We walked to the ski lifts every day and absolutely loved our stay. We will be coming back!

Just Awesome!

Christmas in the mountains was just as we expected, Awesome. It was delivered due to the ease of renting a great condo and the hostess, Berna. My family and I plus extended family a total of 9 (8 adults including an 84 year old and a 3 yr old) was finally ready to tackle a 1st time ever Christmas getaway. With much searching of VRBO we decided this condo was the one. Berna was the perfect hostess! My communication with her was a breeze. She promptly answered any questions from start to finish and she was available 24/7 if needed. Her condo worked nicely for us all and yes, the pictures are accurate, it really is quite cute, clean and roomy. The decor is tasteful and furniture extremely nice. The location was an easy walk to Angel Fire Resort even in snow. Yes, we were lucky enough to have a white Christmas and the condo was cozy and comfy. I will definitely stay here again and so would the other members of my family. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Thanks Berna for having a super condo and making this a very stress-free Christmas vacation.

Just okay..

The pictures of this property seemed nice and the words REMODELED made us think the property was recently remodeled. The property was not very clean and still very outdated. Small, small kitchen with just a few essentials. The floors were not clean and they left us a “bag of goodies and snacks” that was all expired. We stayed there 12/28/23 and all items expired in November of 2022. The bedroom downstairs was dark because the lightbulbs were out and we had to go purchase bulbs to replace ourselves. Towel rack in upstairs bedroom came off the wall as soon as we reached the towel to dry our hands. There were blankets shoved under the beds upstairs with all the dust. No way we were using them. The front door mats were so dirty and covered with mud and needed to be washed and cleaned. We were provided wet towels hanging on the racks in all the bathrooms. We already couldn’t check in until 4pm for the cleaners to run out of time to dry the towels? We were never able to connect to WiFi. Although the host did provide us with a host WiFi, we still could not connect. We ended up having to go down to my sister's condo to get any kind of service. We were not impressed with this property at all.

We had such a great experience! This place was so clean, so roomy, and super close to the Angel fire resort! It was our first time to NM and we had a blast! I am super picky with places to stay… and this one topped it all! From cleanliness to communication… Berna helped make this experience so great for us!

Hard to get any closer to lift

Fantastic location. Very nice upstairs 2 floor unit with enough space for 4 adults or, in our case, 2 adults with multiple teens. The owner is great and very helpful with the town and any issues you might have.
