3/2 Condo. Mountain views. Easy access to Resort

3 bed 2 bath condo located in the Bella Vista Condominiums-Unit C2. Parking is directly at condo entrance. This condo has less than a 2 block street walking access to Angel Fire Resort or choose the trail access directly to the mountain base(depending on snow depth). Angel Fire shuttle service ,Village Ski Shop and the ski shop sledding hill are also available just steps below condo complex. ****Must have 4WD/AWD to access condo when snow and ice present*****

- Parking: Free parking provided. Designated space is a short walkway and 6 steps up to condo door. Additional parking spaces free as needed along back hillside.

- Entry Level: Large mud room storage wall. Bedroom off of entry has bunk beds, pull out twin sofa bed and desk. Room is also stocked with two toddler mattresses, pack n play, toys, games and books. Has a small balcony with wooded view and parking lot.

-Lower level: 3 steps down is a full kitchen with all basic necessities. Stocked with Keurig and coffee pot. Full stackable washer and dryer. Living room with electric fireplace, TV , sectional sofa and dining room table. Off of kitchen is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. King bedroom off of bathroom has a smart TV with mountain views. Balcony/main patio is accessible through both bedroom and living room. Patio is equipped with table, 4 chairs, and small electric grill with views of Wheeler Peak and other surrounding mountains.

-Upper level: One flight of stairs up from the entry level is a master bedroom and full bathroom with step in shower. King sized bed and smart TV. Wheeler Peak view from one window and wooded view from back balcony.

Great stay

The property was as advertised. Perfect layout for our family. It was a great location, central and close to the mountain the snow bank behind the condo and sledding hill around the corner provided hours of enjoyed for our kids. The host was great to work with as well.

Comfortable and Easy!

Our stay was so comfortable and easy. We have been to Angel Fire before to ski and this property made it so easy! Our three boys liked being able to walk to the slopes and we loved it too. Littles like being able to sled right outside at the end of the day. All beds are so comfortable.

Excellent in every way! Clean, comfortable, and super easy to get in and out with access to ski and rentals. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Beds are comfortable, heat and hot water all worked great! Easy from car to unit front door. Love the entry area for boots and coats.Management was easy to deal with and nice.

Perfect for our family

We traveled with our 3 kids and my mom. The bedrooms & bathrooms worked out perfectly, the kitchen was well stocked and we had room for all the food we brought, and most of the condo is on one level so Mom didn’t have to deal with a ton of steps. The snow was too deep to walk the trail to the slopes, so we walked down the hill to the green lot and caught the shuttle. It wasn’t bad at all. We loved our stay here and hope to come back next year.

Great first visit to AF

Property location was great to access the mountain for skiing. Our kids enjoyed sledding at the nearby sledding hill (open 24 hours!), and it was a quick drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Wel stocked kitchen and lots of towels! My only (super minor) complaint is I wish there was a lamp in the living room so I could read my book while the others watched TV, but really it was an overall great place to stay. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Thank you!

Great Condo and experience

This condo was one of the cleanness VRBO's we have ever stayed in. The flooring is new and the carpet in the bedrooms was immaculate. All items needed in the kitchen were available including a Kuerig. Gas fireplace worked great and the heaters keep the condo cozy. Washer and dryer worked great and all bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of hot water. Balcony had plenty of room to site out for a coffee or drink. TV's in all rooms had all app's needed to watch Netflix, Amazon, HULU, HBOmax etc. Location is good and is about 75 yds to the shuttle route to the base area. There is about a 25 yard fairly steep incline from the street to the condo parking area. If it is muddy and snow present you will need four wheel drive. Parking spot is right in front of the condo with very easy access to front door. Overall this is a great property. We are very particular on cleanliness and staying at an updated condo. The condo meets or exceeds these requirements and we would definitely stay at this property again. The owner was very communicative. Thanks again for a great stay,

Great condo near the Angel Fire resort

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend of skiing and it was a great place to stay. Got a little cold the first night, but with the space heaters and fireplace that was no longer a problem. Is in a great location within walking distance to the ski resort or at a minimum walking to the bottom of the hill to catch the shuttle.

Hi! My Name is Allison and my husband and I are from Ft. Worth, Texas. We have 2 little boys and enjoy sporting events, all things Texas A&M and spending time with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

There are so many things we love about our condo. No matter what season you visit, Angel Fire never disappoints. In the summer, we love escaping the Texas heat and mosquitos. It's refreshing to be able to leave the windows open and breathe in that cool mountain air. The fall is beautiful and if you time it just right you can view the fall foliage in full color. In the winter, Angel Fire is buzzing with all things winter sports and our boys love sledding down the free sledding hill just below our condo. In the spring, there are endless hiking trails. During bike park season, we enjoy taking family walks down the short trail that goes from the back condo entry straight to the base of the mountain where we can sit and watch the mountain bikers for hours. We frequent the Chili Express and will spend part of the day playing disc golf, hiking or doing other summit activities. We love the little glimpse of Wheeler Peak that you can see from our balcony and if you ever have a chance to do the hike we highly recommend!!! I could go on and on but the summary is that Angel Fire is a gem of a getaway. We have made countless memories there and we hope the same for all of our guests.
