House of 100 m² in the countryside. Located between the sea (30 minutes) and the Gorges du Verdon (1 hour).<br>Accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children plus a BB under 2 years old (in a travel cot)<br>Large air-conditioned living room, living room, new fully equipped kitchen.<br>Flat screen TV, WIFI<br>1 bedroom of about 11 m² on the ground floor.<br>Beautiful fully renovated shower room with WC.<br>1 large mezzanine bedroom with toilet and washbasin.<br>Large swimming pool from May to September to share with the guests of LA bed and breakfast. <br>Gas BBQ and a small wood BBQ.<br>Rented all year round.<br>Minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday from mid-June to mid-September.<br>Minimum 3 nights from mid-September to mid-June.<br>Decreasing rates for several weeks (to be discussed with the owners).<br>The house is semi-detached with the owners' house.<br>SPA at an additional cost.<br>Large plot of one hectare completely fenced with electric gate.<br>Free parking.<br>Pool house.<br>Trampoline, swings....<br>Pets not allowed except service animals
