Brand-new, for rent: a very charming single-story cottage just a stone’s throw from the beaches and Fort Cézon—the perfect spot for a wonderful seaside holiday with family or friends.

This bright, south-facing cottage is located on the Sainte-Marguerite Peninsula. Ideally located for exploring the Abers region with its fine-sand beaches, bike rides, and numerous water sports. You’ll enjoy the many coastal trails, including the GR 34, which runs right by the house.

Less than 400 metres from the house, there are three beautiful fine-sand beaches to discover, each offering a unique experience depending on wind direction. You might even get the chance to try your hand at beachcombing—who knows?

The port of Aber-Wrac’h is located 4 km from the house. You can enjoy the activities offered by the sailing club: windsurfing, dinghy sailing, catamaran sailing, and kitesurfing courses, as well as kayak and paddleboard rentals... You’ll also find at the harbour: a bike rental shop, the “Vedettes des Abers” boats for a sea cruise or a visit to the Île Vierge lighthouse, as well as numerous restaurants and bars.

The town centre is 3 km away and easily accessible by bike. There you’ll find all the shops and services you need: 2 bakeries, a butcher/delicatessen, a convenience store, an ATM, the post office, a pharmacy, and a bar & pizzeria. A weekly market is held on Tuesday mornings during the summer season, offering a chance to discover and purchase excellent local products: vegetables, fish, oysters, shellfish, crêpes and galettes, cheese, and more...

Located 200 metres from the sea in Landéda, this home has a very warm and inviting atmosphere thanks to renovations completed in 2022.

The house features a veranda at the entrance, which is perfect for relaxing or playing board games with friends or family.

You’ll also find a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, south-facing living room opening onto a second veranda—a space everyone loves, depending on the season, temperature, and wind (we’re well aware of the changeable weather in our beautiful region…).

It features a first bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a second bedroom with a bunk bed (140 x 190) + (90 x 190), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The front yard should keep the kids happy when they need some space to run around, while the backyard is perfect for adults—it’s cosier and more secluded, with a south-facing patio.

It’s a little haven where life is good no matter the season. To warm up after a lovely winter walk in the fresh air, you’ll appreciate the pellet stove in the living room. The house is just waiting for you—all you have to do is let yourself be swept away and charmed by this wild coastline.
