Imminent departure for a return to the roots! In the heart of tourist destinations such as the Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, Les Iles de Ré, Oléron, Aix and Madame, let yourself be seduced by the charm of a 100% cosy, green cottage.

Located in Marans, in the Marais Poitevin, 15 minutes from the ocean. Marans is 1h20 from Puy du fou, 1h30 from Futuroscope and 20 minutes from La Rochelle. Small town with all amenities: shops, doctors, pharmacy and municipal swimming pool.

This cottage is a real haven of peace where young and old can enjoy the joys of the farm.

20 minutes from La Rochelle, in the heart of a farm located in the middle of nature.

The property consists of:
- a large cottage with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 16 people
- an independent room for 2 people.

Price/pet: 70.00 for 7 days or 10 € per day

Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Corinne. Le logement est très grand et adapté aux grands rassemblements (belle pièce de vie, chambres spacieuses). Par contre quelques travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir pour rafraichir le logement.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, la communication avec notre Hôte Corrine était simple, facile et cordiale.La maison était parfaite pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants. La propreté est correcte. Le chauffage avait été remis avant notre arrivée au vue de la météo capricieuse. Les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables. Tout s’est très bien déroulé.Le chemin d’accès est difficile mais nous étions prévenus par les avis antérieurs. L’emplacement est idéal au calme, nous avons pu découvrir les marais et faire une balade à La Rochelle.

Accueil chaleureux, maison spacieuse. Nous avons rencontré des difficultés avec l’écoulement de certains points d’eau.Cuisine un peu limitée en équipement de cuisson (four, plaque) pour une capacité de 18 personnes !L’un des canapés du salon très abimé avec des dépôts de matière, embêtant pour les deux plus jeunes enfants .Cadre agréable avec possibilité de jeux à l’ extérieur pour les enfants ( vélo), promenade !Lieu très calme et reposant

L'hôte très disponible, le bien correspondait à la présentation - nous avons passé un excellent séjour en pleine nature. Pour les petits et les grands c'étaient parfait. Seul bémol, l'état du portique pour les enfants dans le jardin - il mériterait d'être changé pour garantir une sécurité optimale. Sinon nickel.

Le gîte est idéal pour être en groupe. Les chambres sont vastes et bien équipés pour faire dormir du monde . Les salles de bains sont suffisantes et adaptées . Le salon et salle à manger parfait pour que tout le monde soit réunis . Je recommande pour passer un bon We entre amis

marais poitevin a velo

le gite est plutot bien placé pour la partie est du marais (coulon) et pour se rendre a la Rochelle . en revanche cela contraint a mettre les velos sur la voiture tous les jours ,car il y a des km des deux cotés sauf pour Marans mais il n’y a pas de piste cyclable pour y aller. globalement les circuits existent mais sont mal fléchés et on s’est pas mal perdus . sinon le gite est vaste, bien equipé ,au milieu d’une exploitation agricole avec animaux , perdu au milieu de nulle part il convient pour 9 personnes mais pour 18 ce sont des dortoirs et au niveau salle de bains + Wc ca ferait juste . globalement c’est de l’ancien aménagé, ça a un côté sympa mais une restructuration et une modernisation des espaces de nuit apporterait un grand plus . malgré ces observationns, nous sommes globalement assez satisfaits de notre choix existent mais sont mal indiqués

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Groupe de 3 adultes avec 8 adolescents. L'accueil est très sympathique. Le logement était très propre, très bien équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout comme les pièces de vie ou les espaces extérieurs pour manger. Le lieu est assez isolé, ce qui nous convenait très bien (visite de la Rochelle, futuroscope....). Les jeunes sont ravis, nous aussi! Je recommande!

Déception totale

Lieux spacieux et au calme, bon accueil. Accès difficile avec une route défoncée. La propreté et l'hygiène sont inexistantes (sale du sol au plafond, poussiéreux, textiles déchirés,vaisselle sale, toiles d'araignées...). Nombreuses non conformités (électricité, pointes qui dépassent etc...), faisant du gîte un lieu non sécurisé pour les occupants et surtout pour les enfants, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Gîte a déconseiller. Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport aux prestations. C'est une déception totale!

Grand Gîte

Accès au Gîte devrait être refait (entre 1 et 2km), la route est très chaotique. Attention pour les voitures basses de chassis. Accueil très cordiale de la Propriétaire. Grand Gîte avec salle à manger et salon agréables. Il reste quelques travaux à réaliser (une des douches etait bouchée). Le portique pour les enfants est à remplacer...

Nous avons passé de super vacances avec nos amis. Le gite est au cœur d'une petite ferme. Parfait pour rester au calme ou faire du bruit sans déranger. Propriétaire très sympathique. (Attention cependant à la route en arrivant qui est en mauvaise état)

Super weekend en famille !!

Je conseille fortement ce gîte, super accueil. Nous avons passé un super weekend en famille. Corinne la propriétaire est d'une gentillesse et très accessible. Literie parfaite et jardin très agréable : jeux de pétanque,ping pong ... Je recommande fortement. Et encore merci Corinne pour votre accueil 😉😘
