You come in and the view goes over the large garden directly onto the water and the small islands.
A modern interior with warm colors awaits you. Cooking is fun in the open kitchen. An inviting large dining area for 6 people with a beach view. In the open living room everyone will find a cozy place to relax, listen to music or watch TV.

Wake up from the chatter of geese, swans and ducks. You live in a large nature reserve with countless species of water birds, reeds and aquatic plants - peace and nature up close.
First jump under the beautiful rain shower or jump into the Veluwemeer or take a short walk on the beach to the warm indoor pool. Get fresh crispy baguette and breakfast can begin on the large sunny terrace or roof terrace.
After sporting activities or a nice walk, enjoy the comfortable lounge chairs on the spacious sun terrace and watch the surfers and sailors on the water.

You are absolutely private on the huge roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the Veluwemeer with the picturesque small islands and the water bird world. In the morning the sun welcomes you for yoga. Dream on the loungers in the warm sun. Enjoy the many romantic sunsets in the lounge set.

If the wind whistles and rain clouds come - just go into the light-flooded house. It has a large complete window front, many skylight windows and the width can be felt everywhere even when it rains.

Relax in the cozy gallery or spend evenings in front of the large fireplace - read a good book and relax.

Architecturally sophisticated, a staircase in the living area leads to the closed gallery room with many skylight windows. Fantastic sleep for children - close to the stars and the sky. (no standing height). Adults can relax, read or simply enjoy the wonderful view of the Veluweme.

Another bedroom has 2 single beds that are staggered. So there is plenty of space for storage. Nice bright room with floor-to-ceiling window.

Wake up, dream or read with a view of the water - the master bedroom has a beautiful double bed with box spring mattresses. There you can also watch cozy TV. A large private bathroom incl. WC with window is directly adjacent.

The spacious bathrooms are bright and inviting. Rain showers and glass doors make showering a pleasure. Modern washstands with drawers invite you to order.
