The living room features a spacious seating area with cable TV and a workspace with two monitors and a keyboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator with freezer, and induction cooktop. In the kitchen, you’ll also find a large dining table with six comfortable chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and first-aid kit. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a playroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the other bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom features a double sink and a walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Through the large sliding doors in the kitchen, you step out onto the enclosed patio, which features a hot tub, lounge set, dining area, and grill. Surrounding the patio is a large yard with plenty of grass and ample parking. The yard can be enclosed with an electric fence.
