Idéalement situé

Logement très bien situé en plein centre ville avec accès à toutes les commodités. Aix les Bains et ses alentours est vraiment sympa. La ville propose des solutions pour se garer et se déplacer en bus qui sont pratiques. Hôte disponible et réactif. L’intérieur du studio est agréable. Il pourrait être parfait mais quelques désagréments : canapé très inconfortable, volet roulant cassé et pas de rideau à la fenêtre, pommeau de douche du haut cassé. Pas d’accès au local poubelle. Une petite lampe d’appoint pour réduire l’intensité des luminaires de la salle serait un vrai plus car l’éclairage est beaucoup trop fort. Et si je devais aller dans le détail, j’aurais aimé trouver un miroir sur pied, des grands verres (pour boire une bière ou un coca, c’est plus sympa 😉) et des grands mug. Je précise en disant tout cela que j’y suis restée 3 semaines et qu’au bout de quelques jours, ça compte…

Christelle, Merci pour votre retour Concernant le canapé, celui ci est neuf, navré qu’il ne vous convienne pas. Pour ce qui est du volet roulant, le remplacement est en cours mais malheureusement un peu long étant donné qu’il faut qu’il soit non occupé pour le faire changer. Il le sera dans quelques temps. Pour le pommeau de douche, étonnant car il fonctionne bien. Pour le local poubelle, en effet le syndic a la fâcheuse tendance à le laisser fermer sans pour autant donner les clés aux occupants, nous sommes en discussion avec eux pour ce sujet. Cordialement

Avant d'arriver nous avions les directives necessaires pour prendre possession de l'appartement. Idéalement situé, nous avons fait tout à pieds. Grace aux parkings des environs, nous n'avons pas eu de problème de stationnement. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour

Reservation d une semaine ! Accueil chaleureux d alexandre ! Appartement tres propre , confortable en plein centre ville au pied des commerces ! Tout est pensé pour rendre le sejour agréable .
