My calm and relaxation

Furnished studio of 28m2 with sheets, towels; completely renovated, fully functional, cozy, quiet, bright, with a beautiful view of the Revard and a magnificent Monument.

The studio has a private parking space, and is located 8 minutes from downtown.

For athletes, the residence has a tennis court accessible all year and a supervised swimming pool open from June to September.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven / microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, kettle, coffee maker (dolce gusto) and toaster.

In the living room / bedroom for your entertainment a radio, a flat-screen TV and a WIFI internet connection.

The bed is provided by a trundle bed
with quality bedding and a sofa bed for a third person.

You will appreciate the comfort of the bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, a shower and a hairdryer, a WC.

Once on site, you can park your vehicle and decide to use the public transport network, a stop located in the immediate vicinity; if you came by train you can rent a car (rent 100 meters) and if you came with your bikes or if you choose to rent, dozens of kilometers of bike paths around the city will take you there; you may also prefer to walk to the city or lake.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der kleinen Wohnung trotz des eher durchwachsenem Wetters genossen. Es war alles Nötige vorhanden und die Wohnung war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend und der Check-in hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 min. zum Strand und am Haus gibt es einen Stellplatz.

Venue pour musilac, un peu loin du festival, mais largement faisable avec les navettes. Par contre idéal pour aller au centre ville et à la gare. Caroline et Sébastien ont toujours répondu gentillement à mes messages.Logement conforme à la description et très bien équipé. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Parfait

Propriétaires vraiment gentils et prévenants avec plein de petites choses pour les locataires. (jus de pomme, dosettes café, produits entretien, serviettes et draps) tout est pensé. Répondent très rapidement. L'appartement est comme décrit. Très fonctionnel moderne super propre. Et avec parking.. Rien à redire et à recommander.

Een fijn rustig verblijf en toch dichtbij het centrum

Het appartement was modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer aardige en behulpzame verhuurder. Dichterbij centrum dan we dachten omdat aan de rand vd parkeerplaats een hek is waar je doorheen kan (staat niet op Google maps). Ook fijn dat er een zwembad was!

Très bonne location pour profiter dAix

Appartement de taille modeste mais tres agréable et bien agencé, propre et avec tout le materiel et consommables nécessaires au sejour. Localisation OK si on ne rechigne pas à marcher un peu pour rejoindre le centre ville piéton (10min). La piscine de la residence est très agréable :) Nous recommandons cette jolie location, les propriétaires sont dispos et réactifs.

Zen et sans prise de tête.

Tout s'est déroulé comme prévu. Caroline nous a bien accueilli et expliqué tout ce dont nous allions avoir besoin. Rien ne manque dans cette location, même le séchoir à cheveux y est ainsi que le pèse-personnes et comme bienvenu le jus de pommes fut très apprécié par toutes les trois qui sommes si gourmandes, L'Appartement est très sympathique et nous l'avons fortement apprécié, Si nous devions un jour refaire un tour en Savoie, c'est avec bonheur que nous reprendrions celui-ci

Séjour très agréable

Tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir bien tout de suite. Proche du centre et de la gare. La vue géniale, bons matelas. Des petites attentions bien appréciées. Un contact chaleureux avec mon hôte.
