Nestled between nature and vineyards in a charming village in southern Larzac.

Our cottage is located in Saint-Privat, a charming village backing onto the southern Larzac, and part of the Terres d'Hérault UNESCO Global Geopark. Located between Millau and Montpellier, in the centre of 3 Great Sites (Salagou-Cirque de Mourèze, Gorges de l'Hérault and Cirque de Navacelles) it is the ideal starting point to visit Occitania, discover its heritage and cultural sites, its gastronomic specialities and wine tourism, and enjoy outdoor activities. Tailor-made advice guaranteed!

Our 75 m2 cottage is next to our house and can comfortably accommodate 7 people. Its access is totally independent and the terrace is private.
Our accommodation offer includes:
- 1 beautiful open living room: 1 lounge area with a sofa, 1 dining area and 1 equipped kitchen
- Bedroom 1: sleeps 3 with 1 bed 140 × 190 cm and 1 bed 90 × 190 cm
- Bedroom 2: sleeps 4 with 1 bed 140 × 190 cm and 2 bunk beds 90 × 190 cm
- 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 bathtub and toilet
- 1 storage space-dressing room
- 1 private terrace of about 25 m2 with table and chairs, benches, deckchairs and 1 gas plancha
- access to the swimming pool (7 m x 4.20 m and 1.50 m deep), surrounded by a travertine paved terrace. In service from May to October depending on the weather. The water treatment is carried out with a salt chlorinator, ensuring a healthy and environmentally friendly disinfection. Access to the pool area is shared with us, via the path on the edge of the property. Children must be accompanied by an adult and are under their responsibility to access the pool, and this throughout the swimming time.
Access to the swimming pool is not allowed at night and is strictly reserved for the occupants of the cottage (guests not allowed).
- private parking in the garage for 1 vehicle. For any additional vehicle, parking spaces are nearby.

We do not provide bed linen, towels, bath mats or tea towels.

Electricity and water are included in the room rate.
The exit cleaning fee (€50) is mandatory.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the cottage.
Parties are prohibited.

Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Some periods are subject to a weekly or fortnightly reservation. In the summer, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.

Shops and services: supermarket (Les Salces 1 km away) and fruit, vegetables and local products on Wednesdays; other shops in St Jean de la Blaquière, St Félix de Lodez, Le Bosc, Lodève, Clermont-L'Hérault, Gignac.
