Logement très bien situé, Aime est un hôte très réactif et de bons conseils. Seul bémol les bruits environnants dès le levé du soleil ( chiens de voisins, route à proximité) mais sinon tout était parfait. Enxore merci et bonne continuation à vous.

De belles vacances à Sainte Anne

Dix jours très sympas. Emplacement au top avec la possibilité de rejoindre le centre ville en passant à pied par le petit chemin. Une ville agréable en bord de mer. La maison est suffisante pour passer d’agréables vacances. Quelques assiettes supplémentaires et une douchette neuve seraient un plus! Merci Aimé

Simple et efficace

Belle semaine dans la maison d 'Aimée. Proche du bourg de Sainte Anne accessible à pied , au calme, la maison est fonctionnelle et indépendante. Nous avons apprécié. Propriétaire sympathique et arrangeant. A refaire !

Aimé nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur dans sa jolie maison par ailleurs idéalement placée. Nous y avons passé un séjour merveilleux et recommandons vivement ce logement (en dehors des périodes où nous y serons à nouveau :-))

Maison très bien située (proche de Sainte-Anne et des plus belles plages, (les boucaniers et les Salines) et agréable à vivre. Aimé a été très aimable et a bien anticipé notre arrivée. Le jardin et la douche extérieure sont des points positifs de cette location

Pleasant stay in Martinique

The property is pleasant and simple but offers a really enjoyable Martinique and St Annes stay. The walk to the town and beach was short and pleasant. The local folks who also lived on Les Oiseaux were very courteous and friendly and the area felt very safe. Only 2 items of caution: Although the house sleeps 5, one bed is in the living area so only good for 5 people for a short while. The other is that the internet connection hardly worked for unclear reasons so if you are vacationing and need the internet to be reliable for work or study during your stay then this is not the place to be. In fact, this is probably not a specific criticism of Aimee but in general of VRBO. I would suggest that if the internet is listed as available then there ought to be a description of the reliability because although in an ideal world we would vacation without needing the internet the reality is that many need to stay connected. However, the house was and neighbourhood were wonderful and we enjoyed every morning and evening our meals outside in the garden eating fresh produce bought locally.

Excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour pour ma famille, mes invités et moi . Franchement il ne manquait de rien sur place , et la description de la villa est conforme à l annonce , ainsi qu'à nos attentes ....et détail rassurant , la télé cathodique sur l'une des photo n'est plus ....remplacée par une télé LCD aux bordures vertes avec prises HDMI etc... Et au final , quel délice de prendre sa douche à l'extérieur en sortant du bain !!....du coup j 'y retournerai !!

Nice house and garden. Quiet. Within walking distance to town and beach. Very friendly host. Lovely outdoor shower. The furniture and equipment is a little old and worn. We were 4 adults.

L'environnement de la villa est devenue à nouveau très calme étant donné que la locataire de la villa voisine a déménagé. De ce fait, la gêne occasionné par les chiens n'existe plus depuis Mars 2016.

Villa Madin'Azur

Maison avec beaucoup de charme, terrasse très agréable avec son petit jardinet. Propriétaire super sympa. Emplacement +++ À proximité (en voiture) de Sainte Anne et des superbes plages, en particulier des Salines. Nous la recommandons vivement.

SEJOUR CREOL TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille avec 1 enfant de 10 ans,et le propriétaire est très acceuillant. La maison se situe dans une zone pavillionnaire très calme, à 5mn en voiture de la plage de St Anne mais proche aussi des magnifiques plages Anse Trabaud, Anse des Salines, Cap Macré..... La douche extérieure est vraiment un plus pour se rafraichir après le retour de la plage. Nous recommanderons cette location à tous nos amis.

Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. La maison est très agréable, bien aménagée. La terrasse et le jardin également. La location est située à 2 minutes en voiture de la plage de Sainte Anne (idéal pour les petits). Nous reviendrons volontiers non seulement pour la maison mais aussi pour l'accueil des propriétaires. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous pendant 15 jours.

Amateurs de calme et d'authenticité

Petite maison de plain pied, près de la route conduisant à la plage des Salines, avec petite pelouse, tout confort, propre et bien entretenue ; à 10 ou 15 minutes à pied du centre de Saint Anne ou de sa plage. Une voiture est, pour ce qui me concerne, tout de même un plus pour la qualité du séjour. Le quartier est calme. Le propriétaire (qui n'est pas sur place) est sympathique. Je compte bien y retouner à la même période et je recommanderai cette location sans état d'âme à mes amis.
