THE PROPERTY -

Step out to the balcony and be greeted by breathtaking ocean views or fireworks during the summer. This open concept living area features an over size couch, flat-screen smart TV, and wet bar with a 2 zone wine cooler Enjoy family dinner at the large dining table.

Fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and kitchen island.

Fall in love with the panoramic views of the Island, or relax to the calming sound of waves.

When the kids get tired, take them into the bedroom and tuck them into one of the queen beds or the twin-over-twin bunk bed. Parents can retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and flat-screen smart TV.

During your stay, you'll enjoy access to the deluxe amenities, including hot tub, large charcoal grill, game room, shuffleboard table and darts. The house will also include beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon, cooler, and a pack 'n play for the kids.

This property is situated in the heart of South Padre Island close to shops, restaurants, activities, and the beach. There is no limit to the fun you can have here!

For souvenirs of your trip, all you have to do is cross the street to peruse the beach shops! Blue Marlin Grocery store is just a quick 2 minute drive.

-Stream your favorite apps, ZOOM, eLearn, etc. with high-speed WIFI internet. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV's, dart board game, game room, shuffleboard table, heated pool, hot tub, charcoal grill; beach chairs, wagon, pack ‘n play, and much more. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Our beach home is a pet-friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. *We strongly encourage you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

Hosts were great. Answered all my questions right away. Loved the pool, hot tub and game room. Plenty of room for all of us - 5 adults and 3 kids. And only about a block from the beach. It was nice having an outside shower to wash the sand off from the beach. Lots of steps but even our 3 year old did okay with them. Only problem was the shower in the lower bathroom did not get hot. So we just used the shower on the 2nd level. Thanks again for a great week.

We had a lovely stay this summer. This is our second time visiting Salty Times with our family. The home has every convenience you could desire, is close to the beach, and has an amazing game room. We spent almost every night playing shuffle board, pool, and darts. We can’t wait to return!

The house was amazing for our group of 13! The kids (teens and 20s) loved the game room. The stairs were a lot for the 2 70 year olds in our group, but well worth it for the views, the game room and pool space!

Owners have a well run, up to date vacation home. The beach accessories were very helpful so we did not have to fly everything there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of. We would love to come back and stay there again.

Always a 5 star visit at Salty Times! The home is well kept, clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for easy vacation fun! The location is prime- quick walk to beach access and many fun attractions. The kids loved the game room space- and so did the adults. See you next year, ST!

LOVED this stay! Location was excellent, about a 5 min walk straight to the ocean. Lots to do around the property, but we mostly stayed in the house because it was so nice! Very large, we accommodated 13 people easily and still managed to lose people now and again because it was so large. Pool was excellent, and the game room downstairs was very fun. We had an issue with the wifi and someone came and fixed it as soon as they could, would definitely recommend! We are already planning on when we can stay here again.

The place was perfect for our ladies' trip! Ample space and bathrooms; open concept kitchen/dining/living was a perfect gathering spot! Beach and other local attractions were so close and pool was perfect, outdoor shower handy, too. Host communication was helpful. All in all - would stay here again if traveling with a large group!

Best location for big family

Its a beautiful home and lots of space. It was nice to see the SpaceX launch just at 3rd floor. Owners were so mice to inform us. It has everything you need. Would stay again here next time.

This place has it all!!! Owners thought of everything! Three refrigerators, ice machine, everything is appointed very well. Great beach cart. The pool and hot tub are perfect for hanging out. Great TV’s in every room. Family of 15 and we had plenty of room! Bravo! 20 years renting on the island and this one hit all the expectations. We will be back!

WI Family Fun in the Island Sun

This place is not what it looks like online...its even better in person!! BEAUTFUL house with great location. The view of the ocean on the second deck was amazing- favorite morning coffee spot! Great place for a whole family to stay, so much for all ages to do...highly recommend!

Repeat Spring Break Trip to Salty Times

Second trip to Salty Times for our three family, group of 12. Still great location, pool and spa. We were even lucky enough to have a pool table added to the game room during our stay. Will definitely look to return in the future.

We had a group of 9 for a long weekend. This house had everything we could have wanted and more. Beautiful, great location and lots of amenities. Lots of stairs but totally worth it for the views and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Can’t say enough good things.
