FREE wireless. Our 682 house has been completely re-modeled for you. We are short term rental pros so we know how to host! All beds and most furniture are brand new. This is an amazing place to house your family or work crew. Located on a State Route, you are just 5 minutes to Athens or head the opposite direction and be on Route 33. New flat screen tv with dvd library and upright arcade system with 350 old school games. 1 car garage and off street parking. This is a three bedroom with 2 King Bedrooms and the third bedroom has 2 twin extra long beds plus 2 full baths. House with plenty of room, right on paved state route 682, all paved roads. Everywhere inside of the house, a side yard of grass and a rear patio.This house is right on the highway for easy access to Route 33 and beyond. Not close to public transportation, free parking for 3 cars plus a 1 car garage. Super nice re-modeled large house, 1 floor plan.

Very Very Nice

Come to town on a weekend swim for my daughters club team. My family and another family stayed here, very clean and easy to find close to campus. Would stay here again!!!

Wonderful place.

This place was amazing; clean, beds were comfy, all the amenities were there that we needed, and great communication with owner. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The games and arcade we're so much fun. Super close to OU so it was perfect for graduation weekend.

Perfect for the Hocking Valley Train dinner!

The facility was very well maintained and met all of our vacation needs. I will look for these hosts again. Loved the arcade game. Now we want one!

Trip to visit my son who is a student at Ohio University

This place was perfect for our family. My son is getting his masters at Ohio University and this place is about 4 miles from there. My son was able to stay with us and the arcade game (especially Ms Pac-Man) was a huge hit with my wife and son. There are some nice hometown restaurants nearby too. Gigis country store was great for breakfast.

Everything worked. Beds are comfy. Knives were dull, but this is the case for all VRBO. It would be nice to have sharpeners. Great place.

Great options for staying in Athens

We were in Athens for a wedding and this house was perfect for our needs! It is so nice to be able to have a living area to socialize in between events. The house was super clean and recently updated inside. The hosts had thoughtful touches throughout. The outdoor ramp and walk in shower were added bonuses for my 93 year old father. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, up to date house.

House was very clean, recent remodel inside. Located right on hiway for easy access. The only thing I didn't like was the cheap toilet paper. Otherwise, I highly recommend the place and would stay there again if traveling in that area.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless upon arrival, making it feel instantly welcoming and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything we needed while still providing a peaceful retreat. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully designed, making it both lovely and functional. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. It truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place.

Fresh and Clean

Nice spot to stay for a few days. Only issue we had was no hot water in the master shower. But I imagine that will be fixed shortly. Everything was clean and well organized.

Enjoyed the stay. Fridge was leaking behind fridge. My mom fell because of the wet floor. Dogs kept coming into back yard and peed on lawn furniture. Just FYI

Sibs Weekend

The property is great! About 5-6 min and a $12-15 dollar Lyft ride to Court Street. My husband and I, brother and fiancé, and younger brother visited our sister at OU for Sibs weekend. Mitch was quick to respond and shared all the details before arrival for a quick check in. Very clean and great common space for us to hang out and see each other. The dart board and game machine were a hit. We had a great visit and the property just made it that much better.

Great place for families

When plans required us to be in Athens over Christmas, we knew this would be perfect for our family. Full kitchen made cooking a breeze and plenty of room to relax. This is our go to for family stay. Beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean and organized.

One of the best places we have rented. Spotless and wondefully renovated top to bottom. Owners were very thorough with instructions and full kitchen was really nice for stay. Convenient to Athens and OU. Would rent again. Highly recommend.
