• GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. Overall we really enjoyed this townhouse. We did have issues with the AC not really cooling the house down at all and the ceiling fan in the master never worked. These issues were reported but never addressed. We ended up buying fans from target. It was mid June in Florida so we get it being a little warmer inside.
Communication was ok. Check in was fine. The house was great. A couples things that management needs to address, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom upstairs needs tightened. It shakes really bad. The bedroom with the bunk beds has no AC going to it. Thank goodness there was a box fan in the closet because it was pretty toasty in there. The pool, don’t opt for a heated pool unless you want it to be 115 degrees. The first day we were there it was fine. The next day after being at the parks we wanted to chill in the pool. That didn’t happen, it was so hot it would scald. No joke. I understand it was 80 outside during the day, but to have no regulated thermometer so it didn’t get too hot is crazy. There is a disclosure that pretty much says “it is what it is “ you asked for it you got it. So we didn’t even get to use the pool which is why we stayed, and paid for. So don’t pay for heat. They don’t care that it was to hot. Past hot tub hot. When I messaged them they said they will check it. Didn’t do anything but turn the temperature down I guess instead of off if it was so hot. Overall the house was fine. The pool fiasco, not so much.
