Updated House With Private Pool/Spa, 5 Mins to Disney

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Sleeps 8. This beautiful well maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the Indian Creek subdivision. This is truly a home away from home with two master suites, a full kitchen, optional gas barbecue grill, and private pool and spa. The house is air conditioned.

Bedroom 1: master suite has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a garden style tub along with a separate stand-up shower. It also has a 50’’ LED smart TV with streaming cable. There is a sliding door to the pool deck area.

Bedroom 2: The second master has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It also has a 40’’ LED smart TV with streaming cable.

Bedroom 3: The Princess themed room has two twin beds and a ceiling fan. It also has a 24’’ LED smart TV with streaming cable. There is also a third bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the hallway between bedrooms 3 & 4.

Bedroom 4: The Mickey Mouse themed room has two twin beds and a ceiling fan. It also has a 24’’ LED smart TV with streaming cable.

The main living area has a couch, loveseat, chair, ceiling fan and a 65” LED smart TV with digital cable. There is a sliding door to the pool deck area.

Streaming cable is provided throughout the home as well as secured broadband wireless Wi-Fi internet access.

The kitchen has an eat-in area with a table, 4 chairs stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher and a side by side refrigerator with water & ice. All pots, pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, etc. are provided.

There is a formal dining area as well with seating for six.

Our home has a washer and dryer for guest use. All linens are provided during your stay (pillows, sheets, towels, etc.)

The covered lanai area has a table with 4 chairs, 2 reclining chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a ceiling fan.

The pool depth is 3 foot deep to 5 foot deep, and we have a child safety fence that runs the whole perimeter of the pool, along with pool alarms on all the doors leading out to the pool area. The pool area is completely screened in. There is also security surveillance in the pool area. Optional gas pool and spa heat are available for an additional charge (recommended September through May).

The house has a digital lock and there is no required check-in with a management company to get access. Your party will be assigned a code for the lock during your stay. Check in is 4:00 p.m. EST and check out is 10:00 a.m. EST.

Some amenities of the Indian Creek subdivision include; a park with a slide, swings, monkey bars and a soccer field located around the block (about a 5 minute walk). There is also a putting green in the beginning of the subdivision along with another park (about a 10 minute walk).

Great place to stay

If you are going to be going to any of the Disney parks this is the perfect location. House is spacious and clean, pool and hot tub were wonderful! Traffic can be a bit difficult if you are going to somewhere other than the parks. I would recommend this home to anyone going to the area!

Wonderful lodging for a Disney visit

Great location close to Disney World. The drive to Disney is easy and avoids I-4 and toll roads. Tons of great restaurants close by. Plenty of room for our family of 3. Nice pool. Quiet neighborhood - never heard any loud people, music, cars, animals, etc. Highly recommend.

Overall pleasant stay

Comfortable 90’s house in a quiet neighborhood close to 192 and all things Disney. Could have used more cleaning supplies to help us get the house ready for next renters. Temperature went down to low 40’s at night but the heat was blocked. Was 66 degrees inside in the morning the last 2 days which was chilly. Served its purpose of housing 3 generations comfortably for 4 nights. Very responsive host. Overall a good stay.

The house itself was great. Perfect size and gave everyone their own space to relax in when not out doing activities. We did have a couple of issues. The internet was out for nearly 2 days. I sent, I believe, the owner of the home a message and he was able to send someone to get it turned back on. Not a big deal since we were gone all day the first day it was out. The second issue were ants. In all the bathtubs. Everyday. The book said to let management know. I called the property management company multiple times, but they never answered their phone. Not once. I left a message once (in fairness the message was regarding the internet). Never did speak to anyone from the management company. The ants were not a huge deal for us, as we just washed them down when we needed to use the tub/shower. I just thought it was strange that the instructions seemed to be adamant that we let the management company know immediately to address them, but we couldn’t get a hold of them. Anyway, the one person I was able to get through to via email is the same one who had communicated instructions before we stayed. I still give the house 5 stars because a few ants (it is Florida) and internet outage from a storm didn’t ruin our stay. And like I said, the house itself was amazing! We would definitely stay again!

THIS HOUSE IS WONDERFUL!!

The house itself was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and were in it everyday we were there. Communication with the owner was very easy. The location of the house itself is perfect to all the parks and everything and anything you could want is a short drive. If we visit Orlando again we def want to stay here again. My boyfriends 4 year old is still talking about the house and pool! :)

Perfect House

This house was perfect in every way. The location is so close to Disney and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The pool is perfect sized and we had a lot of fun in it. The rooms are exactly as described but the house was honestly beyond what we expected. We did pay the extra for the Spa to be heated and we used it with the heat the first week of June. Check-in & out was easy as well. We will definitely be using the house again.

Convenient but could use some attention

The property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and there is a lot of room in the house for the family to spread out. It is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Disney entrance and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around if you need anything. We actually stayed at this house about four years ago, which is why we returned to it. Unfortunately, it does not seem that any updates have been made in that time. All of the mattresses were very soft and you could hear each of the springs every time you moved on them. There was a king size sheet on the queen size bed, so it kept popping off all week. The mattress covers that were under all of the sheets were kind of a grayish beige color and do not look like they are cleaned after each family leaves the home. There was dirt accumulated in several of the corners of the home. There was black mold, growing in the top cement portion of the hot tub. Guests are expected to launder all towels and sheets that were used during your stay but there is no laundry detergent at the home so you would need to go out and buy detergent just to wash the linens from this home. There is also not any clocks in this home and the ceiling fans all click when on high.

We purchased our home after having rented in Indian Creek for three years. We love the development and the proximity to the Disney Parks and many amenities like shopping and restaurants. We take pride in our home because we also stay there several times a year. We want your stay to be as comfortable as ours each time!

This property is perfect for families that want to have some down-time to relax in between park visits or business meetings. You have the luxury of your own kitchen and gas grill to save on meals. The pool, spa and games room can keep the family busy the entire day. There is cable TV and a DVD player in each bedroom. This is truly a home away from home!

What makes this property unique

This home was furnished by the owners with each item hand chosen. New appliances were added as well as all new themed kids bedrooms. Unlike some homes, we post pictures of exactly what you will get when you arrive. We do not use a large management company so the house gets special attention and gets maintained on a frequent basis. This is our only vacation home so it is well maintained!
