Beautifully apartment on the 21 floor with amazing view to both Marinas (Villa Marina and Puerto Chico) . This apartment have a fully equipped kitchen, and other essentials. The complex have basket ball court, beach access, tennis court, gazebos and more (Please ask about availability before reserve due to pandemic government restrictions), the pool is still close.

Great apartment

Place was clean. Bear to Marina was a bonus doing the boat trips. Pool was great and other amenities were too. Felt secure and was great for our family

Family fun

Wonderful location,enjoyed watching the boats. Needed a few kitchen supplies: needed a baking sheet; and a kitchen towel for drying the dishes, and dish cleaning 'rag', a larger bowel for making salad, etc. The A/C in the bed rooms was a great plus.

Terrible, Horrible.,

Living & dining room equal to a sauna! Toaster broken; ceiling light had to be hit with a broom stick, to make it work. Bed sheet didn’t fit. Curtains were horrible looking and old materia. Furniture were old and ugly. Bathroom bidet leaking water when used.. Unit should be closed down.

Three night stay 11/17-20/2021

The unit was nice with beautiful views. The marina was a bit noisy but didn't bother us. A couple of problems: the microwave didn't work, the coffee maker didn't have a hot plate for the carafe, so your 2nd cup of coffee was luke warm and no way to heat it unless you put it in a pan on the stove. The kitchen sink had no hot water, which meant you washed dishes with cold water. The pool is big but no chairs or loungers to sit on or use by the pool. Otherwise the uit was nice.
