Do you want to spend a vacation or business trip with 2-3 people in the middle of the old town of Nuremberg? Then you are exactly right in our 1-room apartment.

Alternatively: Our two 2-room apartments on Wöhrder See, only about 2.5 km from the center, accommodate up to 5 people.


Old Town Apartment:
A bright living room with oak parquet offers a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher on 27 m². There is also a dining area for 4 people. The 1.4 m wide sofa can be converted into a bed for 1-2 people and invites you to relax. There is also a sleeping area with a bed (bed with two new mattresses that can be pulled out to a double bed) and a closet.
A south-facing balcony rounds off the comfort of the bright room.
A small but nice bathroom with rain shower provides the necessary fresh air before you go exploring or going to your business meeting in the old town.

They were completely renovated and refurbished at the end of 2014 and offer you all the amenities for a relaxing stay in Nuremberg. In the countryside, close to the city, but still very relaxing with parks and a lake nearby.

The ecologically renovated, bright apartment on the first floor with modern equipment and high-quality details has a hallway, as well as a living room with a beautiful kitchenette, dining area and comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a spacious bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed , spacious cupboards and a bicycle trainer. If desired, an additional bed can be placed in the bedroom. The new, comfortable bathroom has a large bathtub, shower, toilet and vanity. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, such as a dishwasher, towels, dishes, hi-fi system, television, etc.
