Perfect location:
10 min to the fair by car, 15 minutes by subway; 10 min walk to the main train station, 3 minutes subways White Tower, Opera House and St. Lorenz Church, 5 minutes to the Christ child market, Airport / Airport by subway approx 18 min

You will love the apartment:
Bright, clean, friendly, well maintained. Just recently renovated stately 80m², brand new equipment. On the second floor, above it all. Located within the historic old town with all the much-loved attractions and the much-loved nightlife. Perfectly located: subway, train and car parks nearby. The entire living and sleeping area parquet, soundproof windows with anti-glare blinds, brand new furniture and nagleneue kitchen. Full and high-quality kitchen equipment.

Living area with large ultra comfortable 3-seat station wagon lounge, FlatscreenTV with over 100 satellite programs;
Dining area with large solid wood table and chic dinner seating.
Spezereienschrank with local delicacies and Franconian and small bar; (Will be billed separately at reasonable prices.)
Kitchen with large fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine (capsules to get from us), dishwasher, oven, ceramic 4Fach stove, toaster. Glasses, cups, coffee cups, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, just about everything you need to feel at home.

Large bedroom with two separate, comfortable slumber solid wooden beds. These can be put together to make a double bed if required; large mirror, spacious wardrobe, luggage rack. Bedding, mattresses - everything was great.

Bathroom with large shower-tub and separate shower, double sinks. Super Fluffy towels. Magnifying mirror. Separate WC.

Separate WC in the entrance, newly renovated, mirror, wash hand basin.

Everything restrained but nicely decorated and illuminated.

In the middle of things
Nuremberg's Old Town, whether Castle, Main Market and Heilig Geist Spital whether Germanic National Museum, New Musem of Modern Art and Toy Museum, whether Lounge, Restaurant, Bar or Discothèque - here in the Altsadt at your door, everything plays out. Here Nuremberg can very easy be explored on foot, the city and its inhabitants nice to know, finish off the day and dignified return home late at night in high spirits and without danger to the driver's license.

Within 100 m radius three car parks within 300 m three underground stations. Central Station is only 600 m. Walking distance, not a straight line, mind you.

We had a great week long stay in Nuremburg. Florian met us at the apartment and explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment. He also took the time to point out places on the map that would be of interest to us. The location of the apartment meant that we could walk everywhere (opera, train station, jazz club, castle, Durer house, Germanisches National Museum). The apartment looks like it does in the photos. An organic grocery store was on the corner and we walked to the Edeka for more groceries. It was the perfect place for us to stay.

The apartment was very spacious and bright, and well stocked with not only cooking equipment, but also some snacks and drinks as well. The location was very convenient to the old town and to the train station. If I return to Nuernberg, I would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay.

Our hosts were great, very knowledgeable and told us where restaurants and shops were located. Very spacious accommodations, bedrooms were large and bright. Couldn’t have been better.

Great flat to rent

Just a few minutes walk from lots of shops, train station and restaurants. Clean and bright apartment, great place to stay. This was our second stay here, enjoyed it just as much as before. Our host knew where we were to go for eats and shopping, very helpful.

The apartment was very close to the Christmas Markets and the National Museum. The accommodations were comfortable and provided most of what we needed. If you want coffee, water or anything else you need to pay for it. There is parking right next to the apt. We were advised to park at the Stentor. It is much further away and is the same price. You also need to be prepared for 36 steps to the apt.

An excellent, modern appartment in the heart of the old town.

Well appointed appartment perfectly positioned for the old town and shops. A very short walk away from the underground. Excellent communication with the hosts throughout, a very enjoyable trouble free stay.

We had a great stay in "Apartment in the Middle." The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for our 4-night stay. It is also located within about a 10-minute walk of the hauptplatz. The host greeted us outside the apartment building and walked us through the apartment, explained the heating system (radiators), and demonstrated the operation of the washing machine. He also took time to show us around Nűrnberg using the large city map on the wall. Considering our stay was in early December, it was really special to have a fully decorated Christmas Tree in the living room as well as Christmas decorations throughout the apartment.

Fantastic.

The owners thought of everything. They had snacks available in case we came in late. It was conveniently located to grocery and other food establishments. There was a book with sight recommendations and restaurants. It was close to the train station and old town. Great experience all around.

Wonderful Location

Florian was so kind, helpful and informative. The location is perfect for touring the Old Town Center. Close to the Train Station and Trams. If there is anything of concern, the street can periodically get busy. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

10 Days in Nuremberg

An excellent spacious apartment for our 10 day stay. The apartment was very well equipped and was warm and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and helpful with some useful sightseeing suggestions. The location was perfect for seeing Nuremberg old town and its Christmas markets. Proximity to the station enabled us to visit nearby towns of interest. This is an excellent apartment in a most appealing and enjoyable city.

Old Town Nuremberg

The Landlady, Ms. Schueck, is very helpful and friendly, the apartment is spacious and clean and right in the old town of Nuremberg. You basically step out and are right in the middle of the shopping and restaurant area, where everything is within easy walking distance. When going to Nuremberg, I will definitely return to this apartment.

Large business like run apartment in excellent old town location. On second floor, so there are some stairs.Bathroom with tub and separate shower as well as washer, no dryer though.Fridge in huge kitchen should have a freezer.Most attractions, stores and restaurants within walking distance.
