Family vacation in Wilmington
This house was great!!! Nice big rooms. Off street parking. We really enjoyed Wilmington and staying at this place. It was a good central location for going to the Riverwalk and to the beaches. The owner was great. The upstairs bedroom TV was not working, so he bought a new one and had it replaced within 24 hours. House was clean and had plenty of room for our family. I would stay here again if ever going to Wilmington, NC.

Amazing location near everything we wanted to visit
The location of the property was great. Close to everything that we wanted to see and do. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Enclosed backyard was great for our dog which was a great thing. Off street parking in the back and always available. A few minor issues that included the advertisement online that the place had a hot tub but did not...yard could have been a little cleaner than it should have been as well as the grill that states was usable but appeared dirty and needed a good cleaning or replaced...Overall, our stay was great!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington very much. This little townhouse was perfect for us and very close to Wilmington waterfront. Troy was a great host and was always there when we needed something. Would definitely stay again!!

Great property with shady fenced yard!
Check in was simple, Troy was responsive and helpful. Fenced yard, dog friendly, plenty of parking, nice house, would stay again, sad to be leaving.
