Great apartment

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Spacious modern apartment. Loved the tips about area attractions. Beautiful view from the little outdoor porch. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place to recharge

This beautiful and cozy appartment was the perfect place to stay. Calm, tidy and surrounded by nature. Nice little trails like Lighthouse Loop are only a few steps away.

Close to the beautiful lighthouse trail

We enjoyed our stay in the quaint wooden house typical for this area it seems. The location is excellent, surrounded by nature and close enough to the village to make it a walkable stay (20 min to shops, and bus stop, 1 min to forest and beaches). The space is comfortable and modern.

It was a great experience! We arrived a little earlier, so after talking to the manager, he let us check in.The place is comfortable, with a great view. Definitely I would come back again.

A really nice, modern suite that is kept nice and cool given the location and direction onto the cove. Beautiful view for morning coffee and comfy beds, pillows, sheets. The only downsides are the noise from upstairs - they had a few kids during our stay and it was really annoying. Just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise!

Awesome accommodation's and great communicator

We had an incredible time at this property! The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still in a peaceful, quiet area. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect location near hiking trails and lovely Ucluelet

Perfect location for scenic walks, with wonderful views of the rocky coastline and the beautiful forests. Very close to restaurants and a variety of stores. I liked Ucluelet much better than touristy Tofino.The apartment is very comfortable, and the host is very responsive. You do hear the people in the unit above you, but we had no trouble sleeping. The only other thing that would have made it perfect for me would have been access to a washer and dryer

Nice place to stay

Overall the place was nice, new finishing's and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Keep in mind you are in the bottom suite of a two story building and your tranquility is at the mercy of the people staying above you (we did not have a good experience with this unfortunately).

Lovely Cottage by the sea.

The stay here was awesome. My host was very accessible and addressed any questions I had very quickly. This is my second time staying with this rental company and they did not disappoint. I will be back!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for my sister and I! The property was at an ideal location, with easy access to groceries and beaches. Additionally, the host had a great selection of books and games in case of a rainy day. We had a great time:)

Perfect stay

Storm Bay is perfect for a couple wanting a secluded property but still in town. Walking distance to trails and beaches. Nice view of the inlet (others say you can't see the water but I believe a tree had to be removed so it is very pretty). The unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay, the bed is comfortable, a nice closet organizer for your belongings, a modern full kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals, and a BBQ on the deck. Very clean. The only thing you should take note of is that the "laundry" is actually a coin laundromat in town.

A magical place

Storm Bay is situated on a beautiful part Ucuelet! The trails to what seemed an old growth area felt like we'd walked through a mystical time. So many small islands everwhere, trails to historicel areas and beaches starting 2 min away from our accommodation. Our host, Connor, was helpful & quick to respond. We would like to come back again very soon!

Storm bay suite weekend stay

Clean, quaint and well stocked suite in a great location. It may be waterfront property but don’t expect to to see much water due to trees and foliage and a cement wall. Keep in mind this suite is on the lower floor so you are aware of all the sounds and movements of the people upstairs.

Weekend stay in Ucluelet

Property owner was challenging to communicate with at times. I was on the phone with Vrbo customer service for almost an hour to get a one-night refund when a snow storm prevented me from arriving at the suite. They eventually complied which was appreciated. I just wasn’t impressed with the challenge to receive a one-night refund. Other than that, the place is great (besides some scuffs on the wall and stains on the couch). Nice location.

Stomp Bay

Checkin: we were surprised to be signing an additional contract for the rental suite outside of VRBO. There was a $500 damage deposit hold which was over 50% of the cost of the stay. You won’t be able to get the code to the suite without singing the additional contract. Parking: parking size is for a smart car… so you’ll need to park on the street if you’ve got anything bigger. Unit: say goodbye to sleeping in past 6am. you'll hear every stomp from the unit above. (This was the worst part which felt like contestant base right above your head) Atleast we spent most of our time outside of the unit… Bed: child size bed that has springs and creeks louder than the stompers upstairs. Cleanliness: Had to clean the coffee pot, and recycling was left behind from previous stay. Bathtub was clogged and immediately started filling up when showering. Location: perfect location though! Walking distance to all the trails, and even walking distance to town. I think if someone was to rent the entire house they would have a better experience. As for the lower suite, we won’t be rebooking again.

great location and everything was as described in listing. Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Be mindful that you are in the downstairs unit so if there are people in the unit above, it can be a little noisy.

Relaxing Stay with all amenities

We had a great stay here, the size of the accommodation was perfect for the 2 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and a close drive into town. The upstairs renters were quiet, so we didn't have any noise issues.
