Featuring a newly-renovated, stylish end unit with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a comfortable living room space. Extremely clean and well-appointed with lots of windows and natural light!
Brand new appliances, a well-equipped and spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and a laundry room.
The Living Room has a 55" TV and the Primary Bedroom has a 45” TV with complimentary access to You Tube TV (which includes all major networks and sports channels, including ESPN).
There is a sofa in the Living Room on the main floor that a guest may sleep on as well. (Please use sheets provided).
The Primary Bedroom has a brand new Malouf Polaris King Bed with memory foam topper, fresh linens, TV, floor fan and walk-in closet. The private ensuite bathroom has an oversized, walk-in shower and a large, jetted bathtub.
The other two bedrooms each have comfortable queen beds with memory foam toppers, fresh linens and a floor fan.
All beds have memory foam toppers and high-quality cotton linens.
There is a pack-n-play with an additional soft, comfy mattress and quilted sheet, a high chair and a baby seat with tray provided.
There is a little play area in the closet just off the Living Room with a child's table & chairs and toys.
Centrally located in Providence, close to Utah State University, the Logan Temple, tons of outdoor recreation, parks, shopping and excellent restaurants.
Only 1 hr +15 min to the SLC airport!

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Sparkling clean, quiet neighborhood and only 5 minutes away from my daughter’s house in River Heights. Thanks for hosting us - when we visit again, if available, we will stay at your at this house.
This was a great property to stay at while visiting our kids in Logan. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make what we needed to take to Thanksgiving dinner without any issues. It was decorated for Christmas and just felt so homey and comfortable. It was a wonderful place to be in and relax and visit with family. We would come and stay here again!
The house was super clean. Very well in 10. If I could just change one thing it would be for the upstairs TV to be able to connect to the Internet to watch some TV at night. But really no issues at all.
Townhouse was great for our little stay! Was close to anything we needed. Kitchen has minimal basics but worked for the most part. Play room was perfect for our young child.
We have students at USU and have stayed at several properties in the Logan area and this was our favorite! Three nice size bedrooms and a nice living area. Will definitely book again for future stays.
We had four adults and two teens for our stay, and there was plenty of room! The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. It was a quick 10-minute drive to USU. We will definitely stay here again!
Our 3rd stay at this property and as always it was great! We love the location, household appointments, well stocked accessories & supplies and cleanliness. We will return in the future!
